Third P.O.V.
After the limo arrives in Auradon it pulls to a stop in front of Auradon prep. Dizzy looks out the window and sees Ben, Mal, Evie, Carlos, and Jay standing outside holding a 'Welcome to Auradon' poster. To the side there is a reporter and camera crew.
Dizzy hears Tommy and Alexandria whispering about something to each other, but she dismisses it and continues looking out the tinted window. Her mind is still racing, thinking about Uma's plan but she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath as she tries to forget all of that for now and have fun, like Uma told her to do.
"Fairy Godmother is in a meeting right now so she couldn't be here to greet you guys, but she wanted us to tell you she hopes you enjoy it here and that you'll meet her soon." Ben says to the young Vk's as the guards open the limo door and they climb out. Dizzy notices Jay shift uncomfortably when they get out of the limo, while the others smiled and waved to them.
"Dizzy, it's nice to finally meet you, Evie's told me so much about you," Ben says, reaching out to shake her hand but Dizzy ignores him (unintentionally) and runs right past him to get to Evie.
Dizzy yells Evie's name in excitement and Evie pulls the young girl into a tight hug and says "I'm glad you finally made it to Auradon, you're gonna love it here." "Okay then", Ben says quietly with his hand still outstretched and Mal snickers saying "Been there."
Tommy sees Ben's outstretched hand and shakes it, thinking he was trying to shake his hand instead of Dizzy's. "Nice to meet you King Ben, my name's Tommy." He says smiling. He had rehearsed what to say earlier because on the Isle, nobody acted this politely.
Ben quirks his head to the side and squints his eyes because of Tommy's appearance. "Why are you staring at me?" Tommy asks after a while. "Sorry, you look familiar.." Ben trails off, "Nice to meet you Tommy" Ben says, looking back at Jay.
Tommy had long, dark brown hair with blonde highlights, was wearing a beanie and looked just like Jay, but Ben figured it must've been a coincidence because Jay would've mentioned that he had a sibling. And Jafar only had one kid.
Ben dismisses the thought and turns toward the other girl that got out of the limo. She's standing with her arms crossed and is looking at the ground. "Hello" Ben tries to speak to her, but she avoids eye contact and walks towards the statue of the King Adam and leans on it, smacking on her bubble gum.
Ben walks over to her and gives her a friendly smile then says "This is a statue of my father. He wanted it to morph from beast to man to remind us that--" "Save it Beasty boy, i'm not interested." Alexandria interrupts. "Your daddy's statue is ugly anyway" she says, giving Ben an evil glare while blowing a big bubble with her gum, popping it in his face. One of the guards come up to Alexandria and say "Is that any way to talk to your King?", but Ben puts his hands out and says "No, no it's okay, I can handle this." to the guard, who backs off.
"You couldn't handle me if you tried" Alexandria says and smirks, seeing the frustration and slight anger appearing in Ben's eyes. Mal sees it too and walks over to him and whispers "Let me talk to her." Ben gives her an unsure look but Mal gives him a small but reassuring smile and eventually Ben gives in. "Fine, but be patient with her, she's a feisty one." he says quietly so Alexandria doesn't hear, "Okay, I will" Mal nods. "And please don't yell at her." Ben says, knowing that Mal has zero tolerance for annoying children. "Okay, I got this Ben, trust me." Ben nods then walks away to talk to Dizzy and Tommy again.
Mal walks over to Alexandria who gives her a dirty look. What Mal doesn't know is that the young girl actually idolized her and had always aspired to be like her one day. Alexandria would never admit it, but she had always admired how evil Mal and her mother were. But once she found out that Mal had turned her back on evil, she was no longer a fan.
"What do you want?" Alexandria asks. Mal doesn't answer right away and just stares at her, making the young girl slightly uncomfortable. Even though she wasn't a fan of her's anymore, Mal still frightened her a bit, especially since she found out this purple-haired pixie had the ability to turn into a dragon. When she was younger, the older kids would tell her about all the terrible things Mal had done to them and Alexandria wanted people to fear her like they feared Mal. "You know, you remind me of myself--when I first came to Auradon." Mal says after a while.
Alexandria gives Mal a slightly surprised look as she continues, "I didn't want to come to Auradon either, but I eventually came to love this place." Mal says, then she looks up at the statue of Ben's father and says, "You know, Ben's father had this made in a special way, to remind us all that anything is possible."
Alexandria gives her a questioning look and Mal continues, "At one point I thought it'd be impossible for me to be a good person, live in Auradon, or find love but", Mal laughs a little, "Somehow what I thought to be impossible actually was possible, and now I'm as happy as I've ever been in my life. I couldn't say that back on the Isle. Sure I was feared and everybody respected me, but I wasn't truly happy."
Alexandria gives Mal an unsure look as she thinks about what Mal is telling her. "Just give Auradon a chance. I'm sure you'll love it here too." Mal says as she puts a hand on the girl's shoulder. At first Alexandria resisted, but then she figured that if her former role model could adapt to Auradon, so could she. "Alright. I'll give this place a chance." She says, and gives Mal a small smile.
Mal smiles back at her and then walks back over to the group. "Did you get through to her?" Ben asks Mal, who nods and says "I think I did, but I'm not completely sure. We'll have to watch her closely." Ben gives her a confused look and says "Today's their first day, why do you think we need to watch her?" "Because she reminds me of myself, Ben" Mal says, giving him a serious and concerned look and Ben nods, suddenly understanding what she means.
What the pair doesn't know is that Alexandria isn't the one they need to be watching. Dizzy is the one that is going to cause the most trouble for them.
"We'll worry about this later, I have to go talk to them." Ben says as he walks over to the crowd of people gathering around the new VK's. There were reporters everywhere, trying to get a chance to talk to King Ben and the new young villain kids. They were all pretty much asking the same question, "Do you think bringing more villain kids to Auradon was a good idea, or will it turn out to be a disaster?"
Heyy guys, sorry this chapter was short, you'll get a better introduction to the new vk's next chapter (which should be up later today). And we'll get back to Huma soon 😏. Thanks for reading, don't forget to comment and vote. 💙
