Okay so when I said "identical", I meant that their faces looked alike, but the rest of them was a WHOLE different story. The one on the right was short and round, she had a completely round face, with round eyes and a round nose. She had her orange hair up in a round bun. Basically, she was round. The one on the left was wayyyyyy too thin. Her skinny arms flapped against the cold breeze and her waist was slimmer than mine. And she looked like she was in her 50's! Her hair was jet black and held down in a long ponytail, all the way till her waist. The one in the middle was... well, she looked like a normal person. Her blond hair was tied back into a beautiful braid and her delicate finger was pointing at me, inches from my nose.
Suddenly, the lady in the middle, came closer. I closed my eyes expecting the worst. But felt a warm hand on my shoulder. I opened up my eyes and stared at the lady who never moved a muscle. And old man, probably submerged in the crowd, came forward and fell on his knees.
"What do you want from us, gentle beings? We are victims of war and have nothing to offer you." He said in a raspy whisper. The lady on the left spoke first.
"How dare you? We are super natural beings and we deserve respect!" She cried out arrogantly.
The crowd backed up.
"Hush now Madison. Let them speak." The lady in the middle spoke in a soft, soothing voice. And turned her attention to us.
"What war?"
We kept our distance.
They weren't our enemy, but neither were they our friends.
A young woman piped up, "The Great Removal Act, your majesty."
The lady on the right giggled.
"Stephanie, we shall not be rude to our hosts." The lady in the middle said again.
"Yes Farrah."
"Good."
Farrah sat down on a nearby rock.
"So. What is this Removal Act?"
No one spoke.
She turned towards me.
"Greetings Amy." She said and smiled.
Just like my mother used to.
"Um.. Its a war between Lunartend and Lunarsia." I mumbled.
Farrah looked amused. "Oh really? Sisters? I'm afraid we have landed in the wrong place."
Stephanie giggled.
And Madison grinned. Not a kind one. But not a bad one either.
She scared the heejibees out of me.
