We're being attacked!
But who could it be at this hour? Definitely not the Lunarts... they're all asleep at this time.
"I better go find out" I thought.
I look around and spot a cluster of people, forming a close circle around something or someone.
Running towards them, I notice a dark figure walking to the my tent in the far corner of the hole. He was about 6'3" and had a scarf wrapped around his head, though it looked completely new. Where'd he get such a clean scarf when no one here even has clean clothes? Curious, I ran towards him instead, just to see him disappear into the tent. I heard a few screams behind me but I had to find out who this guy was. I entered the tent after him and looked around. No one. I turned back and headed out but instead heard a loud clank, like something big and made of metal fell. I whipped around only to see nothing again. I took a few steps inside and inspected everything, as I walked. Hanging on the tent wall were pictures of me and my family. But the one hanging over my bed was the latest one. I took it off the tent wall and ran my hand over the smiling faces. It was the last time we were together, during the photo booth at the Lunar Festival. Suddenly I heard another noise, as if someone was very close because I could feel their breath on my neck. This time, I picked up the photo frame and pretended to look at it, but instead, I tried to see who it was behind me using the reflection. I held the picture up and noticed a figure. As soon as the fogginess cleared up, I saw that he his striking gorgeous auburn hair and piercing blue eyes, a square jaw, and a red scarf. He was carrying my blanket and a bottle of Wep! Oh god, he was handsome...
No! Focus Amy, he's a thief! But before I could react, he started to come closer. Startled, I dropped the picture frame, shattering it into pieces. "Shit shit shit..." I mumbled as I tried to gather all the pieces without getting cuts. I picked up a shard desperately and tried to see him again but nope. He disappeared. Was that just my imagination?
