THE ANNOUNCEMENT
Manager's POV
"Tsk.tsk."I whispered to myself while shaking my head. "Tlaga yung batang yun!" I'm talking about Sabrina, late na naman kc siya ngayong araw. After ko siyang masigawan ay pinapunta ko na rin siya dun sa Labas nang makapag umpisa ng magtrabaho. Maya maya pa ay nag ring ang phone ko. Si madam Sylvia ang owner nitong cafe. "Oh yes, good morning madam! Napatawag po kayo?" "Come to see me. We have something important to talk about." "Ngayon na po madam?" "Yes." "Cge po madam, I'll be there in 1 hour." "Ok then! I'll hang up."
After 1 hour
Manager Grace and Madam Slyvia's Conversation:
Madam Slyvia:Manager Grace, I want you to know that my son Travis will be working tomorrow at the cafe.
Manager Grace:So madam you'll be transfering me on the other branch? Which branch madam?
Madam Slyvia: I didn't say that Travis will be there as manager.
Manager Grace: what do you mean?
Madam Slyvia: my son will be working there as a table attendant.
Manager Grace: hmm? But why madam?
Madam Slyvia: I just wanted to prepare him for being the heir of our business and I just want to change him. Cause you know his attitude right?
Manager Grace: but why as a table attendant?
Madam Slyvia: I just wanted him to realize the real meaning of working at kung gagawin ko siyang manager, do you think he would learn something? Lalo Lang magiging worse ang ugali niya Dahil alm niyang siya ang masusunod at magagawa niya ang gusto niya. But in being a table attendant, siya ang kailangang sumunod at makisama sa mga kasamahan niya. At matuto din siyang respetuhin ang mga customers, malalaman niya kung paano tratuhin ng tama ang mga Tao sa paligid niya. Naniniwala akong kapag nagawa niya ito,he will get used to it at Hindi na ako magkakaproblema sa ugali nia. It's like hitting two birds with one stone. Mare ready mo na siya sa pagpapatakbo ng business namin, mababago ko pa ang ugali niya. What do you think?
Manager Grace: I cant say anything madam! hahahaha! youre really something! Pero paano niyo po siya napapayag?
Madam Slyvia: we had a deal.
Manager Grace: may I know what's that deal madam?
Madam Slyvia: I would let him drive again if he obey me. And if he gets the highest rating on the feedback form for this month, I will allow him to join 1 tournament. Every highest rating is equivalent to 1 tournament. Just to motivate him.
Manager Grace: hahahaha! Bilib na tlaga ako sa inyo madam!
Madam Slyvia: You know me! Hmm.. A reminder, never give him a special treatment. Treat him the way you treat the other table attendant, no exception. Para matuto siya. Ok?
Manager Grace: yes madam! You can rely on me.

Sabrina's POV
"Ok everyone! A while ago Mrs.Roque and i talked and told me that her son Travis Roque will be working here, he will be working here as table attendant." Lahat kami ay nagulat sa sinabing Ito ni ma'am. Bat kaya? Ang anak ng may ari ng shop na Ito ay magtatrabaho dito as a table attendant? Bakit? Bakit niya pagtatrabahuhin dito ang anak niya? Mayaman naman sila! May saltik ba yan si mrs.roque?!
"Mrs.Roque chose our branch because this is the biggest branch among the other branches around Manila. Siguro nagtataka kayo kung bakit magtatrabaho dito ang anak ni madam, well you don't need to know. I just need you to cooperate and do your job well. And additional, madam said we MUST not give his son a special treatment.meaning, kung anong ginagawa natin, yun din dapat ang gawin niya and he must follow the rules here. So you guys don't have to worry on how should you treat him. Set aside the fact that his the son of the owner of this shop. You can mingle with him, you can be friends with him. That is if you can.Understood?"
