Chapter 5: Hangover

Jazzmen's P.O.V.

I woke up and I was cuddled into someone. I turn my head and Blake was spooning me on the floor. I pick up my head a little and my head aches so I put my head back down. Last night was a mistake. Ugh. I remember everything. I don't know how I feel about Blake though. I hear footsteps and Jamison walks in with a cup of water in her hand.

" Morning Jazzy." She smiles and winks at me.

" Can you get me some pain killers please." I ask her.

" Sure I'll be right back." She smiles and walks out of the room. I gently push Blake's arm of my waist and I sit up. After a minute Jamison walks into the room and hands me a pain killer and a glass of water.

" Thanks." I say before swallowing the pill down.

" I hope you don't mind but I turned off your phone because it would not stop ringing this morning." She says while handling me, my phone.

" Who was calling?" I ask.

" Jai." She says. I role my eyes. Ugh.

" I'm going to call him I'll be right back." I say while walking outside and on the porch. I turn on my phone. I dial the number.

" Hello?" I hear Jai's tired voice.

" It's me Jazzmen." I say into the phone.

" Jazzy! Oh my God I was so worried. Where the hell are you!?!" He yells into the phone.

" I needed a break of all of you yelling at each other." I say back.

" I'm coming to get you where are you?" He asks me.

" I'm not telling. I'm going to be gone for a week." I tell him.

" No your not. Your going to get your ass home!" He yells into the phone frustrated.

" No." I tell him calmly.

" Don't tell me no Jazzmen!" He yells.

" See this is the reason I don't wanna be home is being your so up tight and bossy and mean." I tell him.

" The only reason I do that is because I worry about you." He tells me.

" Well you don't have to worry about me until I come back." I tell him.

" Which is today. Got me?" He says

" Nope I'm not coming back today or tomorrow or the next day." I tell him.

" Jazzmen... Please... Just come home." He begs.

" No because when I'm home I can't go anywhere I can't do anything without you babying me and I'm over it." I tell him.

" That's my job Jazzmen." He tells me.

" THE HELL IT IS!!! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!" I yell into the phone frustrated.

" DON'T ARGUE WITH ME!! COME HOME NOW." He yells.

" Your not my mom! Bye." I say while hanging up the phone. I'm so done with him. My phone rings but it's not from Jai so I answer it.

" Hello?" I say into the phone.

" Jazzmen?" A man asks.

" Yes this is her." I say back.

" It's me Jack." He says. Fuck. It's my oldest brother...

" Ummm... Hi Jack." I say.

" Are you having fun at Jamison's house?" He asks and I stand there in shock.

" How do you know where I am?" I ask.

" I didn't but now I do and I'm coming to get you." He says. Shit. I hang up the phone and run in the house and I grab my stuff and run out of the house without telling anyone. I run down the block and into the park and I sit there for a while. I see my brothers car pull up. Wtf! How did they find me?!? Well it's over for me... All of my brothers jump out of the car and run over to me and everyone starts yelling. Ugh.

" She smells like weed and alcohol!" Jai screams.
" Where have you been?!?" Jason yells.
" Why didn't you tell us you were leaving?!?" Jonnie yells.
" I was so worried!!" Jack yells.
" We are so mad at you!!" Jake yells.

" SHUT THE FUCK UP!" I yell. They all look at me in shock because I said a cuss word.

" Watch your language!" Jai yells.

" Look who's talking!" I yell back.

" Shut up and let's go home." Jai yells.

" Don't tell me what to do!" I yell at him.

" You are so grounded when you get home." He yells.

" Your not my mom Jai!" I yell back.

" Okay! ENOUGH!" Jack yells.

" No wonder she ran away. I would be tired of your shit too." Jack says.

" Your really on her side?!" Jai's yells.

" Just lets go." Jason says. We all walk to the car and I have to sit on Jake's lap. Ugh. I hate this.
