Chapter 4

I groan walking back to my house and getting in my car.
   "Hey we need to get Kalla and Damon." I roll my eyes.
   "What car was it?"
   "A white SUV. Its lisens plate number is. 3LI52H." I groan. Could he be anymore obvious. I type the number in my scanner and yell at Stefan.
   "Call me when you start heading my way." He knocks on my door. I drive off and follow the car. They pull up into a house that has nothing for miles. I watch as they go inside. I park my car the the end of the drive way. I vamp speed up to the house listening in to their convo.
  "When is he going to be here?" The guy ask.
  "I don't know Trevor. All I know is that he promised that he would be here." I walk inside startling them both.
   "Who is coming?" I ask looking around for Elena.
    "Elijah. Who are you?" Trevor ask.
    "Well im so glad you asked. Im Juno. And I would love to see Elijah. I haven't seen him since we broke up." I look at the as they freeze up. I vamp speed over and break their necks. I text Stefan to hurry up. I go to Elena seeing that she is waking up. She sees me scared. I roll my eyes.
   "I'm not going to hurt you. Im here to save you so run out to.the road and get in my car. Here take my phone call Stefan and tell him that your heading back now." She nods and walks to the door and ask.
   "How are you getting home?" I point to the door and she runs out. I grab the two vamps and put them in the corner of the room them open the windows so they can't get me. I look over to see them waking up.
   "Morning sleeping beauty." I smile while the girl groans and tries to grab me but burns her hand. She looks at me wide eyed.
   "We can't be here if Elijah is coming." I roll my eyes.
   "Why?"
   "He will kill Trevor and me. For taking Katherine away. I helped but it was Trevor who did it. We were giving Elena to him so he would let us live." I roll my eyes and hear a car door slam. I take a deep breaths.
   "Hello?" I hear his deep voice call out. I look at Rose and she say.
   "In the living room." He walks in and freezes when he sees me.
 "Juno?" I turn to see the man I grew to despise.
   "Elijah. How nice to see you here. They say your noble. A man who keeps to his word." I walk around the couch stalling to make sure that they got Elena away. I look at his stuble that he grew. I stop and look closely at the man I use to love.
  "Juno please let me explain." I glare my eyes at him. Showing him that the love I had for him is now filled with hate.
   "You had 150 years to explain, Elijah." I turn my back to him and look out the window. I feel him walking towards me.
   "I am sorry Juno." I turn towards him and push him back. He stumbles from being caught off guard.
  "You don't get to say sorry. You left. You, the noble one, the promise keeper, the liar doesn't get to say sorry." He stands up straight asking.
  "Where is the doppelganger?" I scoff.
  "Why do you want her? To play with her? To break her? Mor importantly to hurt her?" I grab a stake and put it behind my back.
  "I want her so Klaus can't get to her. Please you have to believe me Juno." I turn my head away.
  "I can't." I look at him coming closer to me. I vamp speed across the room.
   "Stop. Elijah you don't get to do this anymore. I'm not the same girl you knew 150 years ago. I changed. My heart grew cold for you, for my brothers, for everyone except Kalla. She stayed."
   "Please. Juno I didn't want to leave." I stop him and vamp speed, pushing him against the wall with a stake in his heart.
  "Now I know this wont kill you for long because its not white oak but listen to me. You promised a naive girl a promise you broke." Tears start going down my face telling this story.
  "You told her to wait 3 days. 3 days that you would come back. So she packed her bags for 2 days. On the 3rd day she waited at the bench that you told her to. She waited from 12 am till 2 am the next day. On that day she sat waiting for you to return. But as the day grew to night she started to doubt but she stayed until the next day. Finally she realized that she had been played. She went home to find her father dead. She wemt to Kalla and they left Mystic Falls. She promised herself never to fall for another man. So Elijah this wont kill you, but I hope it breaks your heart like you broke mine." I push the stake all the way through. I back away and close the windows.
   "Leave." They run out to their car and drive off. I look over to see Elijah grey with black lines. Not knowing how long he would be like this I put him on the couch. I walk away and go outside. Walking the way that I came. I continue walking hoping that someone will pull up. I look behind me seeing a car slowing down. I stop and wait for them until I see its Elijah. I groan and keep walking.
   "Get in" He demands. I roll my eyes.
   "Nope." He stops the car and vamp speed over to me.
   "Get in Juno."
   "No. You dont get to tell me what to do anymore." I walk away when he says.
   "I promise that you will get in this car one way or another." I look back to see him smirking.
   "Why make a promise to me when they mean nothing." He shrugs his shoulders and vamp speeds to me throwing me over his shoulder.
   "Elijah let me down right now." I demand. He laughs as I hit his back and kick my legs. Trying to get away. He goes to his car and ties my feet and hands up so I can't move. Annoyed I still smirk and say.
   "Kinky." He just looks at me weird and shuts my door going to his side of the car. He starts the car driving to Mystic Falls.
   "Ju." I interrupt him
   "No." I shake my head.
   "Ju." I interrupt again.
   "Nope." He sighs annoyed.
   "Jun." I stop him.
   "N." He stops me yelling.
   "For the love of christ shut up and let me explain." I look over at him and say something I regret.
   "Dominate are we?" He look at me glaring. He shocks me by kissing me. He whisper in the kiss.
  "I'll show you dominate." I kiss back but pull away.
  "No. I will not fall for you take me home and I might let you explain." He nods his head and starts the car again.
   "Can you untie me?"
   "Nope."
   "Why?" I whine.
   "I won't jump out of the moving car." He shakes his head chuckling.
   "No because you could try to escape and im not about to let that happen." I groan annoyed with him and with the situation. We drive to see the welcome sign. I point the directions to my house. We pull up and he unties me. I quickly vamp speed inside. Kalla sees me and gives me a hug.
   "Omg what took you so long." I get interrupt by Elijah knocking on the door. Kalla looks confused and opens the door. She freezes but slams it.
   "Oh Kalla open the door. Juno." He say. Me and Kalla go to the kitchen and take a shot of vervain so he can't compel us. I open the door.
   "Yes?"
   "Let me in?" I smile.
   "Nope." He goes to come in but is stopped because of the human. He smirks at me.
  "I see how it is Juno. I will see you soon." He walk away and I run up to my room locking the door. I lay down thinking about the kiss that we shared.
