Chapter 5 - Valentines Day

"Hey babe" I answered the phone as I got out of the car. I just got home and Justin should be home too. I woke up earlier and went to get my nails done. It's Valentine's Day so why not. Plus Justin and I are going out to eat later so I have to get ready soon.

"Hey, you just got home?" He asked me.

"Yeah I'm walking inside now" Then all the sudden he hung up on me. What the fuck. I started to walk faster to the front door then it swung open. There was Justin standing there with a smile on his face. "Why'd you hang up on me?" I asked him.

"Because I was right here waiting for you" he said and laughed. As I got to him, he grabbed my hand. "I have a surprise for you." He said then pulled me inside. I gasped as I saw dozens of roses in our living room.

"Oh my god. Awe Justin" I said facing him. He was smiling just as wide as me. "This is beautiful." I told him. He grabbed my other hand too and got closer to me.

"You deserve it. Seriously you do. I know I can be hard to deal with, but just know I love you with every inch of my body. You're my whole world. I'm sorry for the past few days of drama. No more of that, I promise. Tonight we're going to eat somewhere really nice. I won't tell you where, but just know it's nice" he said then chuckle. I nodded smiling.

"Thank you. I love you so much, babe" I said then let go of his hands and hugged him tightly. He held onto my tightly too and kissed the top of my head. Once we pulled away, he kissed my lips softly. I looked back at the roses and smiled wider again. "This was sweet of you" I said letting go of him and walked closer. I love roses so much. They are my favorite.

"Go get ready, baby" I heard Justin say then felt him kiss my cheek and his hand on my back. "I'm going to go shower" he told me. I nodded as I looked at him. I'm so happy right now.

I laughed after our waiter walked away. We just ordered our food and Justin was trying to order his food and kept messing it up. His face was red and he started to laugh too.

"I stuttered so hard" he said and covered his face. "That was so embarrassing" he said into his hands then smiled over at me with his face still red.

"It wasn't that bad" I said trying to make him feel better.

"I know you're lying because the second he walked away you started to laugh" he said causing me to laugh again.

"It happens to me all the time so don't feel bad" I said back and put my hand on his. He picked up my hand and kissed it softly before putting it back down. "I'm having a really good day with you" I told him.

"Happy Valentine's Day, babygirl" he said then leaned over and kissed me. "So I was thinking" he started to say as he leaned back. I nodded for him to continue. "Since I didn't get to really enjoy my Miami trip and since you didn't come with me, I was thinking you and I take a trip together for my birthday week" he suggested.

"Yeah, let's do it" I said back excitedly. "That would be so fun" he started to smile again.

"Okay good. I'll book our flights and set everything up tomorrow" he told me and I nodded. It's going to be so fun.

"Just you and me?" I asked and he nodded while smiling still.

"Just you and me" he repeated.
