The storm

Sky's pov

I have no idea what history Barney and Tommy share but I do remember hearing that they were friends long ago, they actually used to be on the same ship under the same captain. Yet when I asked Barney about his past life, he always denied the fact that he did something to break that friendship. That Tommy betrayed their crew to the British navy and that Tommy was a pirate for the Queen of England, not only was that a disgrace to a pirates name but something huge. It's like throwing away their pride.

The only question I want to ask is why, why throw away everything you strived to be why work for the Queen. What is his goal, what is he trying to gain.

What does Tommy want

Does he just want to kill us or does the Queen want our heads

A loud boom of thunder is what snapped me out of my thoughts, I had no idea what was going. I guess my body was on autopilot mode, seeing that I somehow pinned Jon to the sand my sword to his throat.

But that crash of thunder somehow stopped the fighting, everyone one stopped.

I slowly got off of Jon and looked up at the sky, grey clouds began to roll in all of a sudden. I nor Jon said anything but my eyes were drawn to the two captains who stopped their fighting. Barney seemed deeply confused but Tommy, he looked a little frightened.

Why

I saw him pull his mask off and look more close at the sky, soon small drops of water started to fall. It now started to rain, no one dared to speak as Tommy raised his hand up to feel the rain fall on his hand. The rest of our crew watched with awe but then Tommy jumped as something large fell into the sand next to him.

My first thought was hail but its the middle of summer

I tried to see what the blonde captain was picking up, it was apparently alive as I saw it wriggle in his grasp.

It was a large silverfish, why has a fish dropped down from the sky

Soon more fish dropped from the sky, "Storm out of nowhere and fish rain" I heard Tommy said just as a loud cry was heard from the water. It didn't sound human nor animal, just then the rain came down heavily and the wind picked up speed. Whipping water into out faces.

I heard from our crew member but couldn't make out what he said, suddenly something bursted out of the water and grabbed the side of the large mountain. I had no idea what it was till Tommy quickly backed away, "The kraken".

Wait these things are real

"Everyone get to high ground" Tommy yelled to his crew were just as shocked as I was, though I don't escaping this beast was possible. It's giant tentacle gripped the side of the mountain while another grabbed the side of our ship. People were running and screaming as the giant best dragged the vesclice and smashed it to bits with only two limbs.

As more rose from the water, I could see its single eye. It stared at me.

Why can't I move

"SKY!!!"

I snapped out of my thoughts, Jin was shaking my roughly. "Move your ass Sky, we have to go" he yelled as I nodded, this creature seem to want to drown the island. I was proved correct when a loud crack was heard as the mountain it was holding onto broke apart and the water started to rise.

This beast has the power to sink island and destroy ships

"Sky move" Jin yelled just as the creature snarched up of us up in its large tentacles, ugh it was cold and wet not to mention slimy. I tried to struggle but the suction cups held me in place, Jin seemed to be having the same problem. The creature looked at both of us before pulling its other tentacles close to its face, I could see Tommy and Barney were just as trapped as us. Along with two of Tommy's crew, the girl with the red hair and the one with almost ice blue hair.

I forgot their names a long time ago

The monster almost seemed please as it dived back into the water taking its prey, us, with him. I quickly took a large breath of air before we were submerged under water. The creature smaw deep into the depths of the ocean squeezing us tightly. It was almost hard to keep a full breath, I can feel the air being squeezed out of my lungs as we went deeper and deeper into the ocean.

I can't breath

My lungs hurt

Just as I finally realised my last breath a large creature rammed into the kraken with a loud roar. The kranen almost roared back and has to release its victims as the creature bit and clawed at him.

Was it a shark, no sharks don't have claws or hands at all. Maybe a giant turtle or seal.

My vision grew dark and even I knew we could not make into the the surface in time.

Is this how I die

I guess

Just before I blacked out I felt someone grabbed and pull upwards. To what I hope is the surface where delicious air waits.

I had to sit my ass down and watch all of the pirates of the caribbean moives with my family, I really didn't like them and I only got this chapter idea because my father was eating squid last night and my sister yelled "Realse the kraken"
