Chapter 5: Who Is She?

RINSO's POV

I woke up at 9 a.m. and did my normal morning routine. I got up, took a shower, got dressed, put the tiniest bit of makeup on, ate breakfast, and watched TV in the living room with my brother. My brother and I were watching Father Is Strange when my phone went off signaling me that I got a message. I grabbed my phone off the coffee table in front of me. I unlocked my phone and checked the message that I had received from Jimin.

I clicked on the URL that he sent and it sent me to a website full of all the hot news about Korean Idols. The page loaded and showed an article called 'Who Is She?' I scrolled through the article first reading the subheading, "Jungkooks girlfriend?" I read out loud, Why would Jimin send this to me?

"What'd you say Noona?" Minho asked. I turn my attention to my brother.

"Jimin sent me an article on that one website, idol news," I explain as he nods, "and it's about Jungkooks new girlfriend or something so I don't really understand why he sent it to me." I finished. Minho looked at me with a confused expression, "Can you read it to me?" he asked.

"Sure, I haven't read it yet anyway." I turn back to my phone, scanning the lines with confusion. "Jungkook has a girlfriend? That's what three fans are saying. Why are they saying this you ask? The three girls outside of a local karaoke center said that at about 8:30 p.m. on August 25th, they saw Jungkook and a girl." I read, "They said that the two had their arms linked and the girl was pulling him across the road while smiling and laughing. Jungkook hasn't released any information about a new girl in his life lately... The three girls even got several pictures of the couple but, none of the pictures show the girls face, leaving her unidentified. All we can tell from these pictures is that the girl is about 5' 4" and that she's blonde." I slowly read the last part. I then looked up at my brother "Oh shiz nuts. They're talking about me! We went to Karaoke and Jin made us have cross buddies," I said while connecting the pieces together "I had to be Jungkook's buddy 'cause he was the last one." I finished, Minho eye's were wide like mine.

"Continue reading!" Minho yelled, awaiting the rest of the article.

"Fans are both happy for him with a new girl in his life, and upset at Jungkook for not saying anything. Some fans support Jungkook and his new girlfriend, while others are saying some threatening things towards the mysterious girl. Others are saying that they could just be friends and aren't actually together, but we're all still curious on who this girl is and what relationship she has with Jungkook. We'll have to wait and see, maybe Jungkook will come out and say the two are together or say this is all a misunderstanding." I continued scrolling down and found the pictures. Minho sits by me and looks over my shoulder at the phone, "Now I know why Jimin sent me the link." I clarify. My phone goes off again showing another message from Jimin, and I open it with pure shock.

Me: Yeah, I saw it.
Me: What are you guys gonna do about it?

❣️Jiminie~❣️: Jungkook is gonna do a Vlive tonight explaining that you're just a friend. Dw, he isn't gonna give away your identity or tell them you're my cousin.

Me: Okay, please tell him I said sorry for the misunderstanding, and to tell the fans on the Vlive that too.

❣️Jiminie~❣️: I'll do that. Don't tell anyone that you're the one with Jungkook, I don't want anybody to hurt you physically or mentally, I've seen what our fans are capable of.
