Niall's POV

I started running and running and i didn't stop. I was so afraid that Zayn wad gonna find me. I saw a gas station called El Benzo. I hurried myself through the door to see Michael fuckin Clifford. "Mikey!" I say a little too loud but i dont really care at the moment. I jump into his arms and start crying. He rubs my back whispering sweet nothings. He smiles at the other employees and ask them something, i dunno, I couldn't really hear.

I feel him pick me up in bridal style and take me to the back room. He sets me down on one of the couches and gets up to get a water for me. He comes back, I have calmed down a bit. I wouldn't drink cause I kept saying I wasn't thirsty with my voice hoarse. I didn't wanna come off as a baby. "Take a fucking sip, babes" I sighed in defeat. I don't think he knows that I've been gone.

"So, Ni." He says after i take a few sips. "Where have ya been? Me and Cal were having a baby shower and wanted to know if you would come but you never answered." He says sadly. I smile apologetically towars him. He and Calum are married and Calum is pregnant. It was something with his genetics when he was born that made him able to reproduce. "Im sorrry, Mike. I was.. busy."

He rose an eyebrow. "What did Louis do? I swear to god if that piece of shit hurt you-" I put my hands to his wrist, cause he started standing up. "No, no, no. He didn't do anything. I was just busy, cause of my mum and school." Which wasn't a total lie, I work on my schooling (im in college) and my mum is in the hospital in a coma. So i do actually have reasons to be busy. But I did lie, oops. He nods, "then why were you crying?" I thought about it. "You dont haveta tell me," i realize i was taking too long. So i said something that was true. "I haven't seen Louis in a while, and i.. i really miss him." I say looking down at the floor.

He lifts my chin up smiling. "Its fine. I bet Cal misses me all the time." We share a laugh. And then we sigh. heh. He sighs happily while I sigh sadly.

"i wonder what louis' doing?"
