"SABINE'S BEEN," Ezra shouted, "WHAT?!?!"

Caesar restated what happened, and Ezra just grew more and more furious. The organization that he worked for, before he remembered his past, has captured the only person he cared for so much. He stormed out of the hangar and went over to the munitions rack. He grabbed an assault rifle, several dozen rounds for it, a pistol, several dozen rounds for it, too, and lastly he picked up his sword. He got to the door and was met by Kanan, Hera, Caesar, and Mace.

"Ezra," said Kanan, "You can't rescue her alone."

"You don't know what's at stake." he snapped back, "T.A.H.I.T.I. isn't the only method they have of brainwashing. They have another about relaxing, surrendering. I OVERSAW THE BRAINWASHING OF KIDS THAT WAY AND I DON'T WANT SABINE TO GO LIKE THAT!!!"

"Ezra," Hera said calmly, "let us help."

"No, Hera," he said, "This is something I must do alone."

Before anyone else could voice a protest, he pushed through them. He got inside of a quin-jet, closed the ramp before anyone could enter after him, and took off. On the ground, Kanan, Hera, Caesar, and Mace were all looking up after him. Mace left, which left the other three looking up in an anxious worry.

"We can't loose him, again," said Caesar, "not after Zeb was killed."

"Knowing Hydra's training," Kanan said, "his knowledge of Hydra bases and personnel, and our training which was passed to him, he may come back."

Ezra set the quin-jet to autopilot. He then keyed in a name on the hijacked Hydra dossier attached to the network.

Sabine Wren, it read, known enemy. Captured. Sent to  Enlightenment Camp.

Gotcha, he thought. He shifted course and cloaked the quin-jet. Several minutes later, he was over the camp. He landed on the prison building. He descended down the stairwell. He eventually found the room where the prisoners were kept in animal cages. He began calling out for Sabine.

"Who are you looking for?" asked a man.

"My girlfriend," he said, "Sabine Wren."

"Well," the man said, "they did take a girl with white and purple hair to the brainwashing room a couple of hours ago."

Ezra instantly panicked. He ran out of the room and saw the re-programming building. He dashed inside and began storming the rooms. His searches were unsuccessful until he finally got to the top floor. In the last room, nonetheless, he found her, sitting alone. He shot the projector, which was displaying mesmerizing color patterns. He also shot the loudspeakers, which were repeating: Let Go. Relax. Breathe. Compliance Will Be Rewarded. He picked her up out of her chair, and ran back into the quin-jet. He began to fly back to base, but he then had a thought that made him change course.

What if, he thought, they let us go.

He told the base that he would be going to a different location. Almost confirming his thought, his radar beeped with twelve quin-jets on their heels.
