The next morning I rolled out of bed and crawled to the bathroom, taking some pills and washing them down with water. They helped my hangover a lot, thank God I didn't drink loads last night. I changed into my skinny jeans and McLaren shirt and started to pack my things. My flight was at 02:35pm and it was 12:00pm now. The drive to the airport was 45 minutes so I decided to leave at 01:00pm, that gave me time to eat my breakfast and gather my things. At 12:15pm my room was immaculate, so I went to seek out Seb. I slid on my shoes and sunglasses and went straight to the Red Bull motorhome, luckily Seb was already outside. I wasn't too comfortable with waltzing into their motorhome. Unfortunately he was with the Iceman, who seemed to still have a bad hangover.

The sun was shining, there was no cloud in the sky and it smelt like fresh grass, yet I couldn't enjoy it because I was standing near Kimi. I wanted to kill him, just looking at him made me sick to my stomach. I stepped closer to Seb and further away from Kimi, I tried to ask Seb if he wanted to get breakfast but him and Kimi just wouldn't stop talking. I sighed and decided I didn't need him to eat, so I went to the canteen type place and made myself some toast. I sat down on a table outside and was joined by Daniel Ricciardo. We weren't amazingly close but he's a very warm person.

Dan: Hello Peppi (He said with his signature grin)

Peppi: Hello Daniel (I replied trying to match his grin, which failed)

Dan: (Dan laughed slightly) So how are you doing on this fine morning?

Peppi: I'm doing divine thank you, how are you Mr Ricciardo? (I laughed)

Dan: Oh well I'm splendid

We looked into each others eyes and started laughing, I don't even know why we were acting all posh and trying to do British accents. It was funny though. 'Hey Peppi where did you go?' Seb's voice came from behind me I turned around, a face full of toast and he couldn't help but laugh. 'You're useless' He smiled and sat down next to me, giving Dan a big smile. Which Dan re-payed. I swallowed my food and turned to Seb

Peppi: You know I hate Kimi and yet you were ignoring me for him!

Seb: Peppi, don't act like a baby! You know I'm his friend

Peppi: Of course I do! It's just you could have at least told me to hang on or something (I persisted)

Seb: Stop okay! He's my friend and he should be yours too (By this time Dan had left the table)

Peppi: Are you kidding me? Be friends with him?! You asshole

Seb: Me? The asshole? Your the stubborn one trying to play 'hard to get' with Kimi

Peppi: I am not playing hard to get Seb! You know what happened!

I pushed him off his seat and ran past him, straight back to my motorhome. But this time there was no tears, because I knew it wasn't worth crying over. I grabbed my bag of crap and left the F1 site, making it onto the main road and calling a taxi. 'Where to honey?' The woman driving the taxi asked 'The nearest airport please' She nodded and pulled away from the pavement. We arrived at the airport at 1:20pm, the traffic slowed us down, but only slightly. I payed the nice woman and looked at my phone as I grabbed my stuff, I had an hour and 15 minutes until I had to board my plane, what was I going to do for that long?! I walked inside and found a big row of chairs. This place was so crowded, people had no care for others. They'd ignore you, bump into you and even push you over. I dodged through the crowd and found a seat in the corner, as far away as possible from people.

I felt someone sit next to me and I was about to move away when a voice stopped me 'Don't leave, please' …Kimi. I sighed but I sat back down, I was intrigued.

Kimi: Listen, I know I messed up last night and also 5 years ago, but please can we talk?

Peppi: About what?

Kimi: The incident

Peppi: Incident? You know it wasn't an incident, it was embaressment, humiliation and using.

Kimi: I know and I'm so, so sorry. I didn't realise it was going to turn out that way

Peppi: What did you think was going to happen?!

Kimi: I… I don't know, I'm sorry

Peppi: Sorry's not going to cut it Räikkönen! You're going to have to do more than that.

I got up and grabbed my bag, then I was engulfed by the crowd.

Now I'm guessing you still want to know what happened and I want to tell you. It's just it may not seem like a big deal, especially not to drag out for 5 years. But it's a big deal to me! Partly the reason why it's been going on so long is that I ignored him for 2 years and then he moved away, so I never even got to see him. And now he's here and I don't want to give up too easily, I don't want to seem weak...
