Hanji was thrown back into a flat bit of land, her cackles of, " MY SHIP HAS LIVED!" Almost drowning out Erwin's painful screams. I couldn't help but smirk as I saw his hand reaching out for help that wasn't there.

I glanced down at my other half examining him, putting my ear to his heart, but it was barely beating. An ambulance sounded in the distance coming closer, I screamed for help desperately as they carefully ran down the ditch toward my screams.

Horse face was with them and Marco was at his side, they both clung to each other's hands as if they would never let go.

Hanji clapped her hands screaming about her ships sailing into the sunset.

I ran up the hill with the paramedics, tears running down my face. He can't die damn it! Not when I love him this much, not when I can't see a life without him. Not when he left such a big hole in my heart when he was gone. I climbed into the ambulance as they put him inside and immediately began saving him.

Putting an oxygen mask on him and to my relief he breathed in. A deep breathe that fogged the mask. I smiled leaning down and kissing his forehead, brushing his hair back.

He looked up at me, tears slipping out of his eyes, image tried to speak but coughed instead blood splattering the mask. I watched in horror as the medics removed a bandage from his side. Revealing an ugly knife wound. They unstuffed the gaze and pressed on the wound with fresh gauze to stop the bleeding.

Eren winced and closed his eyes again as I whispered, "I'm so sorry Eren, I am so sorry!"
