[Paused] A Fallen Angel [Undertale Asriel x Chara Fanfiction]

Day 40

~ Asriel's POV ~

"Chara is sleeping since yesterday.", I told Sans.

It was 1 PM right now. I was a bit worried because Chara slept for ca. 20 hours straight.

"I'd need to take her to the lab. Maybe she wakes up during going there. Do you want to come too?", Sans asked.

"Of course!"

"Then take Chara and sit in the second bike seat with her on you."

"Okay."

I took Chara and did what Sans said. When I sat down Sans started driving the moped. The drive needed ten minutes during which Chara still slept. I was extremely worried by now. I don't know what's happening. Her forehead was very hot.

Suddenly, she stopped breathing.

"Chara?", I spoke.

  My heart felt like it was going to explode.   

"Az. What is with her?"

"She... I can't feel or see her breathing."

Sans drove significantly faster. I tried to feel her pulse.

My heart shattered.

She had no pulse.
