My phone rung and I quickly declined it hoping it wouldn't wake Leek. After gently laying him down i grabbed my phone then walked into the bathroom.
"Hello?"
"Azalea its Nora, I was calling because Eythan torn his ACL, I can't take care of him cause I have to go out of town so I need you to take care of him." She said
"Me and Eythan isn't on the good terms right now." I mumbled
"I know but please do this for me and Mahleek."
I sighed." Okay I'll do it."
"Okay Effrin will drop him off at your house then he's yours."
"Okay I'll call you later." I hung up and punched the air.
One hour later
"Come on baby." I put Mahleek on my hip as I walked downstairs to the door. I pulled it open and on the other side was Eythan and Effrin.
"Come in." Eythan used his crutches to walk inside.
"Imma be back later." Effrin said while hugging me and kissing Mahleek forehead.
"Lemme hold him." Eythan reached for Mahleek and I handed him to Eythan.
"How old is he now?" I shook my head.
"Six months." I watched as he played with Mahleek
"I know I said some hurtful shit to you and I'm sorry ma."
I scoffed." Nigga you hit me something you promised me you would never do."
"I'm sorry Azalea can you forgive me?"
"Yes I forgive you but I won't forget." I rolled my eyes then walked away.
"Aye he just threw up!" I jogged back into the living and laughed when I seen Eythan covered in throw up.
"Did you shake him cuz he just had a bottle?"
"Yeah."
I took Mahleek away from Eythan and he started crying." I got that touch."
"Go change him then."
"You know I'm not suppose to walk on my leg."
I took Mahleek upstairs then changed him, afterwards I put him down for a nap.
"Azalea can you help me?" Eythan asked once I came back downstairs.
"Help you do what?"
"Go to the bathroom." Being the nice person I am I helped him to the bathroom.
"I only have two bedrooms so you have to on the couch in my room."
"Ion sleeping on no damn couch." He chuckled.
I raised an eyebrow." So where you gon sleep." He fell back on my bed and smiled.
"I think the Fuck not." I sat on the couch texting Kontorri when I felt the urge to throw up, I ran to the bathroom and threw up.
"Wassup you okay?" I brushed my teeth and nodded
"I think I'm sick." I lied.
I climbed into bed and sighed." You probably pregnant." Eythan laughed.
"Unlike you I haven't fuck anyone since we broke up." I lied once again.
If I was pregnant that means Effrin was the father and that was something I didn't want.
"You miss a nigga?" Eythan asked while playing in my hair.
"Nope but I know you miss me an shit."
Eythan chuckled and smiled." I miss you like 25 percent."
"Boy please you know you missed all of this good good." I said while flipping my hair.
"Come here."
"No I'm good over here." I mumbled.
"Gurl come here." I scooted towards him then looked down at him.
"I'm done with the NBA."
"What you mean you done with the NBA Eythan! Remember we talked about this you stayed in the NBA so you can have some clean money." I swear Eythan could be so stupid at times.
"I already made the decision Azalea either you rock with me or you rock with me"
"No I'm bout to rock your jaw for being stupid, Did you forget that you are a fucking drug dealer scratch that a fucking King pin with dirty money?"
"You not seeing the bright side." He mumbled
"What drug are you on?"
"Cocaine and Marijuana." He laughed.
"I'm not laughing with you Eythan you need help, is that how you torn your Acl? Playing ball while high?"
"Something like that." Eythan mumbled.
"What happened to the Eythan I fell in love with? Where is he?" He shrugged and looked down.
"I remember when we met all you talked about was basketball and making it out of the hood you had that twinkle in your eyes and I no longer see it Eythan."
