Leena

I jogged to my room quickly to get ready. I quickly opened my dresser and pulled out my dark skinny jeans, quickly pulling them on as I grabbed my Black Veil Brides tee-shirt. I walked over to my vanity and dumped out the contents of my make-up bag. Quickly, but carefully, I applied my winged eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara. I made my long, blonde hair into a messy bun and darted to the kitchen, not bothering to put my make-up back in its bag. I grabbed a dry pop tart, grabbed my bag off the chair, slung it quickly onto my shoulder, and headed out to the car.

My mum was patiently waiting for me as I climbed into our small car on the left side. (A/N the driver's side is on the right side of the car in the UK :P)

Though I had my liscence, my mum and dad refused to get me a car until I was 18. Not that I was complaining, because I hate driving with a passion. The only reason I was willing to learn to was because Dan offered to teach me and pouted when I said no. I couldn't stand when he pouted or when he was sad, so I agreed.

She pulled out just as I had buckled myself in. I sat back and grabbed my iPhone out of my back pocket and slipped the earbuds into my ears. My favorite song, Check Yes Juliet, by We The Kings, came on right away and I started to lip-sync the words as my mum continued to drive.

Before I knew it, we were there and I had a mental breakdown. I felt the tears, threatening to spill out at any second as I blinked them back quickly. I tried to think of something that could make me feel better... Dan. I sighed as I got out and walked to my locker. I could see them whispering about me as I passed. I still had my earbuds in so I let them pass. I slowly opened my locker, only to find the words: You don't belong here Leena. In big letters inside my locker. I didn't let it phase my though. This happened almost everyday, yet I never seemed to care. I remember the first time this happened...

*FLASHBACK*

I opened my locker and there it was... Dan stood next to me as well. It was my first day in high school and Dan was dropping me off because mum was too busy and dad, well, he just didn't want anything to do with us really. Slowly, Dan turned to the kid slightly smirking in the corner.

"Who did this?" He asked simply. The kid remained silent and his smirk had faded. "I asked who did this and I wanted an answer." Dan said as he neared the kid's face. Still nothing and Dan started to walk back to me. Suddenly, he turned and screamed, "WHO DID THIS TO LEENA HOWELL!?!?" The hall stood silent. Suddenly a kid was pushed through the crowd onto the floor I front of me.

"It was him." Some kid out of the crowd said softly. Now everyone in the hall had gathered around us. The kid on the floor started to stand, but he was simply pulled to his feet by his collar, as Dan lifted him.

"Dan--" I said softly.

"Leena, let me deal with this." He let go of the boy, but kept him standing. "Don't you ever, do anything to my little sister EVER AGAIN!" He yelled the last part and got up in the kid's face. That kid nodded so much that I thought his head was going to come off! The tears started to stream out of my eyes and Dan turned to me. Suddenly I was in his arms and I was warm again. I was only 14 but still, they knew me from elementary school. All of us went to the same one.

I buried my head in his chest, and started to bawl like a child who got their candy taken away.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

I quickly put my bag into my locker and slammed it closed. I stormed down to home room and slammed my books down on my desk when I got there. My desk, I had decided before, was in the back corner of the room and no one dared to go back here. That is, until today.

The teacher for this class, just happened to be my favorite teacher in the whole school. His name was Mr. Lester. He was the sweetest teacher and may I add the most attractive. Not saying I would, you know, date him right now, but still. He had short black hair that was sort of.... Fluffy. His eyes were blue, but more of a Sky blue, with a hint of gray to them. He seemed to be the only one who actually liked me in any way. Anyway back to class.

I saw him walk in and set his books down on his desk, with almost the same force as I did. I wondered if maybe something was wrong. He was never really mad or anything when he taught so I figured something was wrong right now. I decided I would ask him after home room or something. Suddenly he stood up and walked out. I was worried, but I stopped as soon as he walked back in. I didn't see it until he sat down but there was a girl who followed him in.

She was a short girl. And I mean short. She looked to be only 4' 7" maybe... Her hair was long and dark. Her hair was down to about the middle of her back and was slightly wavy. She wore a short navy blue skirt and a black tee-shirt.

She stood at the front of the room as Mr. Lester stood from his chair. "We have a new student today." He said, his soft British accent coming through his voice, "Her name is, Lonnie."
