RULES

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING A FORM!!!

So here I am going to set a few basic rules and guidelines for submitting your OC, just to make things more clear.

1. Please keep your OC PG! I do not want to review an OC that has any sexual themes in design or in story. If you do submit an OC like this to me, YOUR OC WILL NOT BE REVIEWED!

2. Please keep your submissions serious. I will not review joke characters or characters you made up on the spot just to be mary sues.

3. Violence is okay in your OCs story. If you are scared that your OCs backstory doesn't fit the PG rating because of violence, don't be scared off. Violence and death is okay, as long as it's not a gore fest.

4. Please do not beg me to review your OC or annoy me with constant messages on when the review will be done. I have a life outside of Wattpad, so please be patient.

5. Please be descriptive!!! Don't just put four single words for a character's personality or backstory. Doing this does not give me enough information to work with and I will not be able to review your OC properly! Please make your submissions descriptive and clear, it doesn't matter if it's long.

6. Please submit you forms to my Wattpad messages. If you REALLY want to, and I mean REALLY REALLY want to, you can submit it in the comments, but please note that I do not like it when people do this, it makes things way harder to skim through and will end up in me taking longer to review your OC. And before you ask, no I do not have a Twitter, Facebook, or anything else you could send it to!

7. Please do not add or remove parts from the form. Keep everything the way it is unless it is listed as optional!

8. This book is for STEVEN UNIVERSE OCS ONLY!!!! I will not review any other OCs from any other fandom! I may at some point, but for now this book is exclusively for SU OCs because that is the fandom I know the most.
