-That was really mean Gaster ! Why have you even done that ?!
He did not answer, mybe he just didn't wanted Sans and I to speak about things we weren't suposed to say...we actually did it tho.
I try to decipher the scientist's expression.
-Are you okay ?
Suddenly an alarm resonate in the whole Underground.
Even if I've never heard it, I knew what it meant.
-The fourth human !
Why does Gaster was excited but sad at the same time ? I would had like to knew.
-Don't move. I'll be right back.
-Ha-ha. Ha-ha ha-ha ! I said, ironicaly, Yhea I must not move ! Who know ? I could escape !
If eyes could kill, Gaster would have killed me.
-We discuss about that later.
And he leave me alone.
-Tsk. "Don't move", seriously...
I sat on the ground. It was cold...

It's been ten years that I'm in this cage.
This awful cold cage.
I spend six years in a machine.
And four years awake in this laboratory.
Ten. Years.
That's mean that I was actually eighteen.
And Chara fourteen. Only if she was alive in this living hell.
For me, the lab looked more like a huge torturing labyrinth.
Machines, cameras, some notes on the wall, chirugical stuff, machines again...
What was he studying about ?
...
Wait, that's a good question.
What was Gaster studying about ?
I stood up and search any notes who would tell me his work.
The "notes" were on the wall.
Actually their were some screens that would light up only if we get close to them.
I never paid attention to them.
I was thinking that were some kinds of decorations or something.
But now I believe this is more interesting than that.
-Ugh, what is this handwritting ?
Is he using symbols ?
To write ?!
Maybe he predicted that I would look at his work...?
That does mean he want to hide me something.
There were lots of them.
Seventeen in total.
I couldn't descript them all so I tried to understand the one I took as the more recent one
-That's gonna be dificult to understand...
I took a pencil and a piece of paper to write down what was written.
I hided the paper in my pocket, tried the whole time to look natural in front of the cameras, and I hope he gonna believe I didn't do anything.
Ha ! Speaking of the devil !
Gaster was walking slowly.
-Are you allright ? Did the human hurt....you....
Gaster was holding something shiny, a green comforting light all around the dead thing.
-Is...Is it a soul ?
Gaster looked at me.
-Why does that matter ?
Did Gaster just killed a human ?
I looked at him from the bottom to the top, blood on his clothes and his dirty hands.
-What have you done ?
I whisper these words.
-What have you done !!??
The scientist didn't even looked surprised by the tone I was using.
-Why would you kill him !?
I said, half-strangled.
-That's the king's orders.
The king ? The king ask everyone to kill humans ?! I didn't knew him, but I already hated him.
-Why ?!
-Because they deserve it.
-That is not a reason ! Not all humans are bad ! You can't put them all in the same bag !
-Why not ?
Gaster was still poker-faced. Why wasn't he disgusted by his own act ?!
-Is that normal for you ?! Murdering innocent !!?
-...Why not ?
-Why n- ? Are you INSANE !!
*SLAP*
-...! Did you just...
-Think before you speak. That is a life lesson.
He slapped me.
-You...YOU SON OF A...
Gaster tackle me down with some blue magic.
-I said. Watch your words.
-Let go !!
As you wish.
Is telekinesis thing lifted me to the ceiling...
-Gaster, don't you dare...
...and let me fell on the floor.
I groan.
And he left.

I didn't knew then, but I was going to stay here again five years.
Gaster has in possesion three human soul, he asked the king for the soul of the very first human who fell, but the king never accepted, because, the first who fell here was like is child, that he lost, too.
-This soul is important for my experiences !
-You have three other souls, isn't it's enough ? I wish to keep only the red soul. Take the others !
The scientist had a lot of respect for King Asgore, but he seriously was too sentimental, like the fact that his wife' throne was still in the corner of the room.
-Fine. Whatever. Goodbye.
And he leaves. Walking back to his laboratory. What is wrong with everyone ? They were seriously all playing with his nerves.
The head filles with misty tought, Gaster didn't saw his younger son coming.
-Hello, dad ! Is everything okay ? I was looking for you !
The scientist chase his reflections to talk to his son.
-Ah, Papyrus. Why were you looking for me, my boy ?
Papyrus seem to hesitate.
How old was he now ? He was tall for his age but... Was it thirteen ? Yes ! Papyrus was thirteen !
-I...Hum... Wanted to know how long mom would take her holidays...
Was his son that naïve to believe his stupid brother's lies ?
-How could I know ? Mother will come back when she want.
-Ho...Really... May I accompany you ?
Gaster schrug as a sign of indifference.
Papyrus followed his steps.
His son was trying to engage the conversation for a while when Gaster finally decided to talk :
-I'm really disapointed.
-Did you say something?
The skeleton took a look at his son, smiling.
-In both of you.
-What do you mean ?
Gaster laught quietly. They were in front of his lab.
-You and your deseparating brother.
Papyrus looked so surprised and sad that his own dad was saying things like that.
-I used to believed in you, but by looking closely...
He took a break before continuing.
-Sans is weak, too kind and also lazy as hell. Even if  he is a hardworker, he would be useless without someone like me.
Sans's brother was near to cry about his father cruaulty ! How could he say things like that ?!
-And there's you.
Gaster looked at his son with a rejected face.
-You... You are as naïve as your brother is lazy, you could be strong, but you could never hurt anyone because you are too stupid to believe that no one needs to die or something like that. But worst of all...
He looked at him with crual eyes.
-...That's your fault she's gone. And I will never forgive you.
He enter the laboratory and left his son crying at his horrible words.
