Last Chapter Recap:
"Those damned barrels! They need to burn in hell! They're unlucky that wood burns easily! All they want to do is take over this castle and kill every human being in it. Especially me, you and Stephano. They're known as The Barrel Army. Our job is to kill every barrel we find. Even Stephano's brother, sadly. We're known as The he Bro Army. I don't know what happened to Gonzales. He used to love us all. Now, he despises us."
"That chair just talked! It fucking talked! FELIX!"
"It's just that. You remind me. Of my. Mother! Ahahaaha!" Mr. Chair managed to say in between sobs.
"Blue flames and red flames in a world all dark. Blue flames and red flames, and a tiny spark. Hurrying to heaven, lest it should be late, lest the cautious seraphim close the shining gate, and leave the little wanderer forevermore to fly. Like an orphan angel through the endless sky." I sang once more before falling asleep.

-My P.O.V-
I woke up and grunted, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. A loud noise echoes through the room, startling me. I looked around to see Stephano sprawled out on a chair. His snores are louder than thunder. I looked over at Mr. Chair. He was still sleeping (surprisingly). I smiled. He looks so at ease when he's asleep. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. 6:35 AM. I got up from the bed cautiously, careful not to wake up Felix or Stephano. I slowly opened the obnoxiously loud, creaking door.
"What are you doing up so early,___?" I turned to see Felix looking at me, his arms crossed over his chest.
"Just trying to find the kitchen. I haven't eaten since I got here. I'm starving." Right on cue, my stomach growled.
"Oh. Okay, go all the way down the hall, take a right, down the staircase, and it should be to your left." He smiled and pointed in the direction. "Make sure you take your new sword with you! You don't wanna be raped by some bros. Trust me, it's terrible." I grabbed the sword.
"Thanks, Pewds!" I whisper-yelled. He waved goodbye. I walked out and gently closed the door. "Alright. Go all the way down the hallway." I walked down the hallway and grabbed a lantern that was lying on the ground. Still had some oil in it. Once I got to the end of the hallway, I took a right and went down the staircase. The stairs creaked under my weight. They're not very good for stealth missions. I looked at the doors on the left. One of the signs read:
K__T_E__
The rest of the letters were smudged and/or fading away, making them hard to read. I assumed it was the kitchen and walked in. It looked and smelled of a kitchen. They was a cauldron in the corner along with a few cupboards full of many varieties of tea and coffee. Others were full of extracts and spices. There was an old refrigerator (which was still working, surprisingly) with creamers, fruits, whipped cream, and other things in it, that stood in the corner of the room. It actually looked like a modern kitchen except the cauldron. After looking around for a few minutes, I decided to actually make something.
"I'm starving anyways." I said aloud. "Time to get started." I put down my sword and started a flame underneath the cauldron and filled it with water. I grabbed a few vanilla chai tea bags from the cupboard and placed it in the cauldron, letting the strings hang over the side. I pulled a chair in front of the cauldron and grabbed an apple out of the refrigerator. Biting a chunk out of it, I watched and the water in the cauldron boil and change from clear to tan in a few minutes.
The room immediately filled with the smell of vanilla. I took the tea bags out of the cauldron, threw them away, grabbed some vanilla extract, caramel mocha creamer, some vanilla beans, and poured them into the tea. I stirred it with a spoon and tasted it. Amazing. I looked around for a empty thermos and, surprisingly, found one. I cleaned the dust out of it and dipped it into the cauldron.
