Savannah P.O.V

Music filled the room as I played my violin...Such sweet music soothes me from all the quietness that I'm used to hearing. My music teacher wanted me to practice alone today, so he put my music stand and sheets in this empty room that was next to the band room. All the other students in my class played regular instruments like saxophones, trumpets, drums, and flutes. I don't think he put me in this room to just practice, but because I was the only person that could play the violin. He told me that I had a gift and a good spirit. A good spirit? Please, I'm just that typical person that everyone thinks of a nice and caring girl. I am, but sometimes I don't want to be that girl. I want to fit in and be like everyone else...but can I? Defiantly not. I then got knocked out of my thoughts when someone walked in, I smiled slightly. "Hey, Mr. Carlahan wants to know if you can help pack some left over music books." Says one of my best friends, Abby. She was a couple inches taller than me, had beautiful long blonde hair, braces, and dimples. She walked closer to me and picked up my violin case, "I'll pack your violin for you if you go help." She says one more time with a small smile, all I did was nod. Handing her my violin, I started walking towards the exit of the room. There, standing by the band lockers was Mr. Carlahan, a few other students I was familiar with, and another best friend I had. Having black hair in a messy bun, big glasses that were dark purple on the inside and black on the outside, straight white teeth, tall as me, was Zoey. She smiled and waved her hand gesturing me to walk over to them. "How was your practice Savannah?" Mr. Carlahan asked with a geeky smile. "It was pleasant." I reply, smiling back. "If your not busy, do you mind if you could help pack up the left over music books and putting them into my car trunk." He asked. I didn't hesitate to answer, "Sure." He then nodded and told Zoey and I to start packing the music books up. While Mr. Carlahan wasn't paying attention to us, Zoey spoke up, "He's so geeky." We both laughed and continued packing.
