"Thank you so much Nurse Joy for everything" I thank her as last night she gave us food to eat and let us sleep over in the center for the night and then gave us breakfast.
"It was nothing!" Nurse Joy says cheerily. "Bliss" Nurse Joy's Blissey says happily.
"Bye Blissey" Rose says giving her a big hug.
"Rose can we have a battle?" I ask her once we're at route 202.
"Um sure why not Chimchar is getting anxious for a battle" Rose answers.
"Turtwig use tackle then razor leaf" I instruct.
"Wait Rose, Sam what's that?" Zack asks us pointing towards a giant tree.
"What's what?" Rose asks "I swear if you interrupt our bat-" Rose gets cut off.
"That what's that!" Zack yells as the giant tree starts rustling.
"It's obviously a pokemon, most likely a combee nothing of your interest" Rose tells Zack.
"Well if its nothing more then a co-GET IT OFF GET IT OFF GET IT OFF" Zack yells as the pokemon jumps out of the tree and jumps on Zack's face.
"What is that?" I ask Rose not really caring to bother helping Zack.
"It's a Magby, mom has a Magmortar but she says she caught it as a Magmar, this is the baby version of Magmar" she answers. "Though I'm not sure why this Magby is here all by itself, it should be with it's mother.....unless if it doesn't have one" Rose answers me.
"CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!" Zack yells as the Magby continues to scratch his face.
"Magby come here, want some pokemon food?" I ask it as it jumps off Zack's face and waddles over towards me with my hand holding pokemon food. "I won't hurt you don't worry!" I smile at it, it starts eating from my hand and cheers happily.
"How are you so good with pokemon?" Zack asks me. Rose and I stare at each other holding in our laughter at all the scratches on Zack's face.
"Well um.....my mom was a coordinator so I guess it grew on me......she would always treat her pokemon like how I am with Magby so I guess like mother like son" I answer grinning when Magby finishes all of its food.
"Don't you mean father like son?" Zack asks me Rose steps on his foot and he yells in pain.
"I never had a dad I don't know where he is unlike you guys" I answer looking down sadly "but what can I do......any of you guys want this Mag-" I start.
"I do! I've wanted one my whole life!" Zack yells.
"But.......it just harassed your face" Rose says bluntly.
"I don't care, now Magby can we have a battle?" Zack asks it kneeling down on his knees. "Mag mag!" It cheers.
"Piplup come out" Zack orders "use bubble then use pound" he instructs Piplup as it sends bubbles and punches the Magby. "Mag!" It cries it sends fire at Piplup then it rams into it, the flames are no problem the tackle lands at Piplup staggers. "Piplup one more bubble" Zack orders as bubbles come flying the Magby fails to dodge though, "now I hope this works" Zack says throwing a pokeball at it, it shakes once then twice and then a third time then the pokeball stopped moving. "That's how you catch a pokemon!" Zack cheers glaring at Rose "I didn't need my mom to give me a pokemon" he smirks at her.
"The only reason you caught it was because one, it was a baby and two you kept on using a super effective move on it, and besides if she wanted to give me Spiritomb then so be it" Rose counters.
"Let's just head back to the center you need to heal your Magby" I tell Zack walking back to Oreburgh city.
"You children are in here way to much" nurse Joy tells us with a grin on her smile "so what can I help you with?" She asks.
