A few years later

Shiro had quit his job in order to stay at home with their four children, Lance, Keith, Pidge, and Hunk. Allura left early in the morning and came back late at night for work so the kids barely saw her.

"What are you guys doing?" Shiro asked the kids in a cheerful tone as they were playing in their toy kitchen. "I'm cooking breakfast!" Hunk exclaimed cheerfully. "I'm watching Keith and lance fight over the last piece of bacon." Pidge said (her real name was Katie but she was the smallest one so her nicname was pidgeon which was shortened to pidge) Shiro looked over at lance and Keith seeing Keith holding the bacon and pointing a plastic knife toward lance "hey guys!!" Shiro said taking the plastic bacon and knife away from Keith. "You can't keep doing this you guys!" Shiro said sternly

"BUT HE STARTED IT!!" Lance wailed at Shiro pointing at Keith. "No I didn't!!" Keith yelled back. Lance  ran up to Keith and slapped him in the arm and before Keith could punch lance back Shiro scooped him up knowing he was strong and could do a fair amount of damage. "Enough! Lance go to your room! Keith you go to Hunk and Pidge's room." As they went off to their seperate rooms Hunk had finished cooking "breakfast". Shiro sat down at the little table next to Pidge as Hunk set out their food. "It looks great Hunk, thanks." Shiro said as he pretended to eat the plastic food. "Yawn, guys I am tired how about you?" Shiro said to the kids "a little-" "HELL YEAH!!" Pidge cut Hunk off. "PIDGE! We don't say that word ok!?" Shiro said to her sternly. "But you said earlier that Kei and lance put you through a living hell." Pidge replied calmly. Shit. Shiro thought to himself as he ran up the stairs to the bedrooms. He peeked into Keith and lances room to see Keith asleep in his bed with his tablet playing "voltron fabulous guardian" he liked it because one of the characters was named Keith. Shiro closed the door and looked into Pidge and hunks room, he found lance asleep on the floor surrounded by pidges barbies and plastic food. "Sigh.. what am I gonna do with these kids.." Shiro chuckled to himself as he went down the stairs to put Hunk and Pidge down for a nap on the couch, he fell asleep with them soon after.
