Dear Diary
If I could describe lastnight with five words I'd use
Breathtaking , passionate, sensual and incredible.
With her everything felt right. I was actually able to sleep peacefully last night. No tossing and turning. No waking up every two hours. No flashbacks or bad dreams. Just me and her.I closed my diary and held it up to my chest. I shut my eyes, memories of last night filling my mind. I bit my bottom lip. I'd relive last night all over again if I could. Good Sex with the right person brings both individuals more closer together. . My body finally got what it was so desperately craving for.
Still that wasn't enough, it was becoming selfish, it wanted more.
" Sarah" The sound of my name interrupted my thoughts. I opened my eyes and looked up. Amy was standing at the door way.
" Sonia's downstairs and she wants to speak with you" she said. Sonia? That's odd. I didn't get any mention that she was showing up today. " uh yeah I'll be right down" I stated. She nodded her head and dissapear behind the door. I stood up from the bed and placed my diary under my pillow.
I honestly don't want to see her, especially after our last time speaking to each other. I felt so worthless.
I made my way down the steps anyway. I walked up to the couch and sat down. She was focused on her folder, not noticing that I had sat down. I cleared my throat to get her attention and she quickly looked up. " Sarah I hadn't noticed that you came down." She closed her folder and sat it on the table. I didn't speak.
" I know I'm the last person you want to see at the moment but I come baring good news " she smiled.
" good news? " I asked
" yes. Now it's not what you wanted at first but its a big step from before" the smile still not leaving her face.
" they agreed to let you see Anthony one last time. " she said
I sat up in my seat. My heart starting to race.
" I get to see my brother again" I said slowly." yes we will meet them by tomorrow noon" she actually seemed happy for me. Her smile was genuine.
All this time I pointed her out to be the bad guy, when all she wanted to do was help. She tried to be there for me and I took her for granted.
She stood up from the couch and grabbed her folder.
" wait Sonia " I called out quickly.
She looked at me" yes ?" She asked" I know I've asked for a lot already but one more thing" I paused
She waited for me to continue speaking.
" there's a man named Jeremiah smith that was imprisoned a few years back and I wanted to know if there was anyway that you can find him for me" I asked.
She looked at me sternly." Raven smiths father " she uttered.
I nodded my head. " I know it seems odd that I'd be asking you for something like this but she hasn't seen him for years and she deserves to know where he's at" I said quickly.
I'll see what I can do " she said. She grabbed her purse And headed for the door.
" Sonia" I called out again. She turned around to look at me.
" thank you" I said softly. She gave me a small smile and walked out of the door.

She placed her hand around my shoulder. It was later on in the day. I was still excited from the news that Sonia shared with me. It's feels to good to be true. One second I was bawling my eyes out because I couldn't see Anthony and now I'll be seeing him tomorrow. Just like that so much has changed. That's what a lot of people fail to understand, In five seconds your life could change drastically , good or bad. Anything can happen. I leaned in to her, enjoying the moment we were having. I want to learn how to no longer take anything for granted. I looked up at her. " I wanted to ask you a question" I said. My eyes still on her. " what is it" she asked softly. My hand in hers. " would you come with me tomorrow to see my brother " I looked down. Waiting for her response. " of course " was all she said and that was all I needed to hear. We were sitting on the roof. Our signature spot.
