"May I be of service, Madam f/n?" The man at the carriage asked. You shook your head. Dragging the three suitcases and messenger bag you packed with your mother, you thought about what would happen if you did get chosen.
"Excuse me Lady f/n I just wanna say goodbye." You heard familiar voice say. You turn around to see Wilma looking at you with teary eyes.
"Oh Wilma. I-I almost forgot about you. I sorry I have to go so soon. I really sorry-" You started blurring out everything, but stopped when you noticed she was crying, "No! Don't cry! It's not your fault Wilma! Please don't cr-" You started but she cut you cut you off.
"Oh silly I'm not crying because I'm upset your leaving... I'm crying because I'm so happy for you!" She burst into tears and threw her arms around you. You laugh and she laughed with you through tears.
"Don't throw all the games okay, try young lady do you hear me?" Wilma instructed sternly.
"Yes ma'am!" You shout with a fake salute, and a huge goofy grin.
You put your suitcases in the carriage or you call it 'Person Trap'. Stepping in you felt a wave of nausea, carriages always made you nervous, since you rather ride your own horse and carry your stuff. But you reluctantly sat down and Wilma closed the door, waving and smiling.
You waved to them and they did the same. Soon your carriage pulled off the edge of the palace you call home. You waved until you couldn't see them anymore then slumped into your seat. Another wave a nausea washed over you and you felt light headed, also the bumpy road wasn't helping. So you wobbled over to the window to see if some fresh air would help, and opened it quickly gulping down the fresh air that filled the 'Person Trap'.
Later you realize night has fallen and the horse carriage man, Ed, looked tired and the horses drawing it also had a sorta drawn look on their long faces.
"Miss, we should be reaching our destination by morning. Get some rest you'll need it ma'am." Ed said glancing back, then yawned softly. That made you nervous. You had to think of something or your life could be on the line.
"Uh, maybe I could could try driving the carriage and you can rest?" you said but it sounded more like a question then a statement. The driven only shook his head and smiled.
"A princess like you can't do things like this. It just isn't right." He said chuckling and continued to ride. You groaned and glared at his back but he didn't turn around so you sat back in the carriage.
"It just isn't right. A princess can't do things like this." You mimicked making a face. You then turned to lay on the soft cushion of the carriage and closed your eyes hoping that the nausea and headache would fade away.

You woke up to the sound of bumping and clattering. You rubbed the tiredness out of your eyes but only managed to slap yourself, the ride was really bumpy for some reason. Confused and startled you looked out the window to see the that Ed was failing to control the horses and they were running and bucking around.
The carriage swayed right and you almost toppled out. You grabbed the edge of the seat and closed your eyes. 'What would I do if this happened on an adventure' You thought and a idea quickly came to you.
Without putting much thought into what would happen next you crawled out the carriage and snatched the reins from the Ed who looked at you like you were crazy. You yanked the reins left and the horses strained against the command. You yanked harder and they finally reered left.
You yanked the reins toward you and the horses jumped back on their hind legs and finally stopped. You exhaled and looked at Ed who gaped at you.
"Huh, a normal princess wouldn't do that. I guess I'm not a normal princess then." You said and he didn't reply he let you steer them toward your path.
