David's POV;

The nurse ran in told everyone who was here to see me leave. Then turned to me and said 'Hello Mr Dobrik, you are in hospital right now and we need to take some tests on you to see how much you remember'
'I don't remember anything, I don't even know why I'm in hospital or who those people were who just left. Should I?' I asked.
'It looks as if it is worse than we thought. Mr Dobrik we are sorry to tell you this but you have short term memory loss. It will fade over time you will start to remember everyone who was in your life before the crash' the nurse then stated.
'Wait what! I was in a crash! I have short term memory loss! This is all too much information to take in, was anyone with me?' I replied quickly.
'Yes David, your best friend Alex Ernst was in the car with you. He has not woken up yet but we're doing all we can.' She said scratching her head.
'Alex Ernst? That name rings a bell... but I don't know how or why' I exclaimed.
'I should think it will ring a bell Mr Dobrik; he has been your best friend for 18 years now' she stated laughingly.
'Oh my goodness. Is Alex Ernst the boy who is on the bed next to me?' I asked.
'Yes Mr Dobrik, also can I get you anything?' She asked grabbing the piece of paper on the desk next to the bed.
'No I am just going to sleep.' I said
'Okay Mr Dobrik, I will leave you in peace' She said, calmly leaving the room shutting the door behind her.

With that I lay on my back staring up at the ceiling, my mind was completely blank apart from one small image in the back of my mind. The most beautiful girl I had ever seen, I don't even know if I have met her or if she is my friend but her gorgeous brown hair and eyes were stuck in my mind. I don't know why and I don't know how, but out of all of this she is the one thing I can remember.

Liza's POV;

*Liza is watching the news*

Breaking news: There has been a report of a severe car accident in downtown LA, two men who go by the name of Alex Ernst and David Dobrik have been severely injured. Both in their 20's. David was seen wearing all black with a black cap, and Alex was seen wearing a grey hoodie and black jeans. They are now in hospital, young David has woke up however Alex is still really badly injured and hasn't woken up yet. It appears that David has short term memory loss and couldn't even remember three of his closest friends. We will have more on this story later in the night.

I switch the TV off, thinking to myself that is so sad. I can't imagine going through that, their families must be worried sick. Just then I get a call from Gabbie.

Gabbie: Liza did you see the news?
Liza: Yeah I did I was nearly crying that is so sad!!
Gabbie: I know and Liza remember before the party how I said I wanted to introduce you to someone?
Liza: Yeah...
Gabbie: Well the person I wanted to introduce you to was... David Dobrik.
Liza: Omg really.
Gabbie: Yes really, he was one of my best friends and I thought you would be perfect together. It's funny though he went to the party yet I never seen him all night.
Liza: Yeah weird.
Gabbie: OMG LIZA OMG!!!!!
Liza: What Gabbie what has happened??
Gabbie: I need to come over right now, I have some good and bad news for you! I will be over as fast as I ca.

And with that she hangs up not even finishing her sentence. Within minutes I hear a knock on the door and it was Gabbie. She bursts in not even saying hello she just grabs me plonks me down on the sofa and turns to me and stares at me for about 1 minute straight. Then after she has somewhat finished staring at me she just starts mumbling to herself.

'Gabbie what's up?' I say worryingly.
'Liza... I... I don't know how to tell you this but I think I know who the father of your baby is' she states.
'What? who? how?' I say tapping her on the leg.
'So basically, at the party David went and so did you obviously and it's weird how I didn't see either of you all night, and I pretty much talked to everyone there and I knew you guys were there' She says catching her breath.
'What? No way you think David Dobrik is the father?' I ask
'Yes Liza I do! I really do and I think you need to get rid of it!' She exclaims.
