WE ARE HERE FOR THE HISPANICS, THE BLACK AFRO LATINAS AND LATINOS WHO NEED REPRESENTATION. This September is...wait for it...Hispanic Heritage Month! And so, in order to show our Afro Hispanics and Latinos some love we're going to need some main characters that they can relate to.
Therefore, for this competition we ask that you write a story where the main character is an Afro Latinx/Hispanic because don't all black folks deserve some love and representation?
Requirements:
1. The main character must be an Afro Latinx/Hispanic
2. Considering this is a monthly contest the chapters must be between 500 and 2,000 words. (Please don't go under or over)
Also, a side note, gender nor sexual orientation is specified meaning it's up to you as the writer to create your character in your image!
