WE ARE CELEBRATING WOMEN, NOT FOR A DAY BUT EVERYDAY YOU HEARD!! To mark the occasion of celebratory women around the world we would like for you to include a short story featuring a black female character or a black female who's transgender/pansexual/etc anything out of the box that you can think about!
We are loooking for out of the box ideas and stories, it's a short story so keep concise you can look at the Black Characters Guide for help. You can have multiple characters but it must include one black female.
Make sure that you mention what contest you are entering in and why briefly then under should be your writing!!
Requirements:
1. The story can be about an inspiring women in your lives or based about celebrities/icons who have inspired you.
2. It must be 500-1500 words long and one black female character.
3. It can be a monologue or a dialogue depends on how you would want it.
4. Have to get it in before the deadline and you must publish the book on your account with the tag #sbccontest !!
