"Oh, Dear, you'll be great!" Mother said as she helped me with my things. She placed her hands firmly on my shoulders. "Promise me you'll make at least one new friend, okay?"

I sigh. "I promise, mother," she smiles and pulls me into a tight hug. "Oh, I love you so much!" My arms wrapped around her fragile body as I hugged her back.

"I love you too, mom." She smiled one last time before getting into her car and driving away. I grab my bags and look up and down at the light creme building in front of me.  Heading up the stairs, I carefully push through the oak door with a trembling hand.

"Hey, new girl!" I was startled by the shout as I dropped my bag, things dropping onto the floor. The girl had strawberry blond hair with her ends dyed pink as she hurriedly rushed over to me and excitedly blurted some words. "Oh my god! Are you the new girl? Because if you are, it means that you have no friends and that probably makes you sad which makes me sad! So I was like WAIT! I COULD BE BEST FRIENDS WITH THE NEW GIRL!" I fiddle with my skirt, avoiding the girls gaze.

"Pinkie!" A light tanned girl with pastel yellow hair and freckles rushes over, holding out her hand to shake mine. "Applejack, or AJ for short," I raise my hand slowly to shake hers. Applejack takes my bags as if they were nothing more than a feather and carries them while I walk with Pinkie.

We enter a corridor, and I smell candy as a loud song was playing from a door. "That's the sweets dormitory," Applejack said, pointing to the door. I was confused. "The Sweets?" Pinkie Pie smiled. "Yep!"

And no more was said on the matter. We crossed several more doors, before reaching the assigned door. "Here we are," Applejack pushed through the door.

There was six beds, each separated by a pillar. The first bed had a green duvet cover with butterflies embroidered onto it. There was a green wicker chest with a birdcage placed on top of it. The second bed had a lilac cover with pink and white stars embroidered into it. The bed also had a bookshelf stuffed with books. The third one was a dusty green with apples stitched into it. The nightstand next to it was green, with a red, juicy, apple placed on top. The fourth bed seemed to be fairly well decorated.

It had streamers and candy placed all on it, with a pink duvet cover, just like the first bed. The fifth bed was sky blue, with white covers and matching rainbow embroidery.  The six bed was empty, and I hesitated. "Can I have this bed?"

"Sure!" Pinkie squeaked. I smiled awkwardly, sitting down on the floor. Suddenly, a cyan girl with rainbow coloured hair stormed in, flopping on the bed. "Can you believe Sunset?!" I was perplexed. "Sunset..?" The girl raised her head, looking at me. "Whose this?"

"Rarity!" Pinkie squealed. "Oh," Rainbow mouthed.

Pinkie pie brought over a large jar of candy and picked out a few pieces for us to share. We were all chewing candy for about two hours until the bell for supper rang.

"Come on girls, let's go!" Twilight called, rushing out of the dorm, two of the six girls following after. The rest of us followed, me being pulled along with them.

We all lined up for supper, Pinkie got candy, Twilight had celery, Fluttershy had carrots, Rainbow had Rainbow cake, and AJ had Apple Pie. I on the other hand, wasn't too hungry. "Rarity, aren't you starving?" Pinkie Pie asked me, nicking everyone's food. "No, I'm okay," I say, hurriedly rushing out of the cafeteria, scared to death of being in closed of students.

You see, I have Anthropophobia, which means I'm afraid of people. It wasn't really bad at first, but once I was bullied, it turned the matters for the worst.

Alright, and that's it! Don't forget to vote, comment, etc. And I'll see you all in the next chapter!
