Chapter 7-Edited

Third person POV:

During math class (that's my favourite subject, don't ask why), everyone was quietly listening to the teacher. Silence filled the classroom and the only thing that could be heard is the chalk hitting against the blackboard. Equations were being written down since exams are coming up, everyone is studying to their limits, including the E class. 

"We will have an assembly in 5 minutes so please, everyone pack up now. We will revise in the next lesson and please do page 365 as your homework. I will check the next time I have you," the teacher announced. 

F/n L/N POV: 

I packed up my things and looked around the room. Everyone did the same thing. We all got up and walked towards the hall. All the student council members walked up to the stage and stand in a straight line. Everyone arrived including the E class. I really feel sorry for them. They have to go through this bullying thing almost every single day. Once everyone settled down, Gakushū Asano walked up to the microphone and said some random things. I don't know. I wasn't listening. Teppei Araki walked towards the microphone and said some things. Some of them were just rude since he was insulting the E class but not making it obvious. 

"Exams are coming up and I hope you are all studying. After all, you don't want to end up like the E class," he said as he was looking at the E class. Everyone looked towards them and gave them dirty looks. I honestly feel sorry for them. Everyone continued on with the assembly and it was my turn to say something. Lucky for me, I just had to finish the assembly. "Thank you for attending this assembly and I wish you all good luck on the exams," I said with a smile. Everyone was leaving and it was only the E class and the student council members. Two D class student walked up to the blue hair boy and was teasing him. I spotted them teasing and walked up to them. 

"Stop teasing them and why aren't you in class?" I questioned the two D class student. "Why would you ever help them L/N san? They're just losers," one of them said. "The only losers here are you two. People who look down on other people are the real losers. Now, back to my question. Why aren't you in class?" I asked. "Tch, fine we will go back to class," they both replied annoyed. They walked away and I looked back at the blue-haired boy. "Thanks..." "L/N F/N," I said with a smile. "Thanks, L/N san," he said. "It's alright and just call me F/N," I replied. "What's your name?" I asked. "Nagisa. Nagisa Shiota," he replied. "Well, it's nice to meet you Shiota san. I think it's best for you to go back to class now,"  I said. "Okay, see you around F/N," he shouted while running back to class. I waved back to him and continued to pack up the hall. 

7 minutes passed and we were done. We all walked back to class and right when we walked in, the bell rang. Everyone got up and walked outside towards the cafeteria and I sat on my desk. Yes, literally on my desk. I got an apple out and starting eating. I heard footsteps coming up to me so I looked up and saw Gakushū Asano. "You need anything?" I asked. "Are you doing okay?" He asked me and I knew he was referring to my parents abusing me. "Are you sick? Do you have a fever? This isn't like you," I said. "W-what do you mean? I'm just asking a fellow friend to see if they're okay." "Oh ok, well nothing changed. It's still the same," I mumbled under my breath. There was a moment of silence. None of us said a thing. It was just silent. 

"Why do you care?" I asked. "H-huh?" "I said, why do you care? All you ever cared about was your grades. You only think about yourself and no one else. So why do you care about the problem I am currently facing every single day of my life?" I said but mumbled in the last sentence. There was silence again. 

Gakushū Asano POV: 

I was shocked by everything she said. I looked down and thought for a moment. 'What she said is correct. I do just care about my grades and no one else. So why do I care about the problem that she faces? What should I say?'  I opened my mouth but nothing came out. I was still in shock by everything she said. I closed my mouth and look at F/N. My eyes widened by what she did. 

F/N L/N POV:

I looked at Asano and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I could tell he was surprised by what I did. I smiled and told him that everything is fine. "I'm just waiting for the right time to do something. I mean if I don't...h-how would *sniff* I e-escape?" I was crying. I tried to hold back my tears but it failed. "Hehe, l-look at me. I'm crying w-when I'm trying to act strong." Asano hugged me and he rubbed my back. "Shh, it's alright. No one can act strong forever," he said softly. I cried on his shoulder and he didn't mind. I stopped crying after 3 minutes and looked at Asano. He got a tissue out and wiped my tears away. I smiled at him and said thank you.
