Garry’s POV:

HATRED. PAIN. REGRET. Those words are the words that have been in my mind the minute I heard the conversation. Hatred for the boy who’s done this to her, pain, because if I just told her long time ago what I am really feeling towards her, this shouldn’t have happened, and REGRET… that’s for AJ, that son of a bitch will get what he deserved. Despite of all of this, I still love her, all of her. Her flaws, her past, what she is now, and one thing is for sure, I, Garry Villanueva, will get you back Dennise Galvante.

No more than 30 minutes after I called Christopher-our detective in seattle- , he sent me a message about this AJ Alvarez: 4th year student LNUniversity, Athlete, 5’4” and a photo of him, it also said that this bastard has a lot of bad record. I quickly sent Chris a message thanking him for the information.

Just hearing the conversation between Dennise and her friend made me cringe and frozen, I would never do such thing to this lovely young woman. Then I realize I must’ve made a noise because they stopped talking and I heard a footstep walking towards the door.

“you’re here” Dennise said.

“yeah… ahm. These are for you tats….” Speechless, but I just left her after I handed her the gifts I bought her. I needed space, I needed air… I don’t know why, but I am badly hurt with what I’ve just heard I feel like my heart has shattered in million pieces. Walking through their resort I saw Kevin lurking around, holding a bottle in one hand and a cigarette in the other and walking in different directions and alone. “man this bloke is crazy!”I hissed. “gaaaaaaaaarrrry pareeeeee” he said slurry. “naka inom ka pare..” I answered him in tagalog. “oo… punyeta yang aj na iyan” he finally said hanging his one arm on my shoulder, I guess for his balance. “yeah.. so I’ve heard. Ilang months na sila ni Dennise pare?” “I don’t know, actually I don’t fucking care!” he hissed bitterly. I know this man Is her bestfriend but why do I have this feeling that he likes dennise too? Damn, i wont let you go Dennise, I swear!!

Kevin and I went to a bar nearby, I had a bit of drink with him, he asked me how come Dennise has never mentioned me to them in two years of their friendship, I just told him that, it really doesn’t matter why, as long as I am here now, and I aint going anywhere anytime. We were just about to leave the bar my phone suddenly rang, it was an unknown number from the US “Garry” I answered “Mr. Garry this is from seattle times magazine, is it true that you left USA for a girl?”  the woman in the other line bombarded me “look it is not the right time to discuss this issue okay. Bye” I hissed with annoyance and ended the line. Then I noticed Kevin looking at me like a fool, I just brushed him off and told him we should go.

“look man, Mr. Villanueva is asleep, you are not allowed to just barge in”

“ano!? Kaibigan ng kaibigan naming yang boss mo sa loob!”

I was woken up with these shouting from the living room in the first floor of  the house, quite frankly, I am shocked to hear my body guard at home to be here in my living room, grabbing my robe as I stood and walking out of my grand room, i recognize their faces, It was Kevin and Jeffrey and Herald. “sir”  Ryan greeted me. “ guys, do you mind giving me a minute with Ryan” I told the guys and they followed my instruction and went to the garden at the back of the house, for some reason, i guess I used my authoritative voice to them.
