I awoke the next morning with a yawn.

Rubbing the sleep from my eyes, I turned in bed to face the still sleeping features of Ritsu beside me. My head rested on one of his arms and his other was draped across my torso.

He always was a bit clingy in his sleep.

After dinner the night before, Ritsu showed me to his room in this new house (well, new to me) and gave me a silky and comfortable kimono to sleep in. After, we...

Oh.

Hold on a moment.

I may have been giving you, dear readers, the wrong impression.

Ritsu and I slept together, yes. In the same bed, yes. Did anything risqué happen? No.

I couldn't sleep alone, and he knew it. He's known it since we were children. Other than him, only Damian and Dominic had ever slept with me. Bad things happen when I sleep alone.

"Wake up sleeping beauty~." I sang slightly, patting him on the cheek.

He growled and scrunched up his face before tightening his grip and pulling me closer. "No." He grumbled, nestling his face in my blonde hair.

I sighed. "Ritsu. Up. Now."

He grumbled again and I was about to slap him upside the head, when the door to his room slid open.

"Young lord." Came the slightly familiar voice of the sweeper man... Tetsuya, I think it was. "Your breakfast is..." He trailed off and Ritsu and I both turned our heads to face him.

The dirty blonde man was staring at us with wide eyes, his mouth slightly agape. I did my puckered smirk and slipped out of my friend's arms before standing and walking towards the sweeper.

"I-I'm s-so sorry y-young lord, Lady Duchess-tono! I-I d-didn't realize you two w-were romantically i-involved!" He said quickly and shakily, bending into a deep bow.

My smirk widened a little as I stopped in front of him. I rested the tip of my index finger under his chin and forced him to look up at me while I bent down to face him. His face was flushed pink and I had to suppress a snicker.

"So," I began in a sultry tone of voice. "Will you be getting our breakfasts or will you be joining us?" I allowed my silky kimono to slip over my shoulder a little bit at that and his entire face immediately turned as red as a cherry. "I... I-I... I-I..."

"A-Alicia!" I heard Ritsu scold behind me.

I turned and giggled at my childhood friend. His long red hair was down and messy from sleeping, he was shirtless (but that's just how he slept, even when we were children) with a simple pair of grey sweatpants, and his face matched his hair perfectly.

I then pouted and sighed. "I was only having fun...!" I whined, breaking away from Tetsuya and walking back to the bed. I crawled on top of it as my childhood friend took my place in front of his servant.

"Don't listen to her." He sighed. "We're not romantically involved. Just get us our breakfasts."

The still cherry faced servant nodded shakily before bowing again and running out of the room.

"Well, isn't it just my luck that we go to the same school?" I asked with a smirk as Ritsu led me through the hideously pink gates of Ouran Academy , one of his arms casually draped over my shoulders.

"Yeah." He replied as we both 'froze' the other students walking near us with our glares. "And I'm glad you decided not to wear that god-awful uniform."

I chuckled slightly, then leaned against him a bit more. "Care to join me on the roof?" I asked almost darkly, glancing around slightly. Why did it feel as though we were being watched?

Apparently Ritsu felt it as well, seeing how his face got a bit 'scarier' and his voice lower. "Sure, just lead the way."

We made our way up to the roof casually, nothing about us indicating we knew of our pursuers presences. Yes, I could tell that there was more than one.

As soon as we made it onto the roof, I pulled a gun out of a holster strapped to my thigh and aimed it in the direction I felt our perusers were hiding.

"Sorry Ritsu," I said with my signature puckered smirk. "But I borrowed a gun. Hope that's alright, darling."

"Not at all." He growled raising his fists. I raised an eyebrow at that. "What? No weapon? Ritsu you aren't getting soft on me, are you?"

He smirked evilly and pulled a switchblade from his right pocket and brass knuckles from the other. "Not at all, my lady."

I giggled and cocked the gun as he switched open his blade. I heard a few feminine screams and the thuds of bodies falling to the floor behind a metal chimney stack that most likely led to the kitchens. Immediately after, a familiar cross dresser dressed all in black ran out from behind it with her hands up.

"IT'S JUST US!" She shouted, sounding terrified. "DON'T SHOOT!"

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Ritsu's face flush pink and he immediately stuffed his weapons back into his pockets.

"H-Haruhi!" He stuttered, suddenly sounding weak and docile."W-why are you h-here?!"

At first I was confused, then realization hit me and I smirked as I lowered the gun and put the safety on. Happy day, oh happy day! My little Ritsu has a crush~!

Soon, Ritsu and Haruhi were sitting on the roof and talking while Honey and Mori were dragging the unconscious bodies of the idiot and the twins towards us.

Me? I was back to glaring at Kyoya.

"Don't you know it's dangerous to follow a mob boss?" I asked, my face only a couple of inches from his, my eyes and voice unwavering and emotionless.

"Don't you know you could get expelled for bringing weapons to school?" He retorted, his body language mimicking mine. He wasn't terrified in the slightest that I still had a gun in my hands. I loved it.

I smirked a bit and got closer. "Why are you not my subordinate right now?"

"Is that an offer?"

"Perhaps."

"...I'll think about it."

By now I could feel his breath fanning against my cheek we were so close. After a moment of staying like this, I heard Ritsu sigh exasperatedly. "Geez woman. If you're gonna kiss the guy then stop flirting and do it already."

I chuckled as Kyoya's eyes widened and the recently received idiots passed out again. "Only if you kiss Haruhi, my beloved Ritsu." I teased.

Ever the oblivious one, Haruhi began to freak out, wondering why my childhood friend was now dying of a nosebleed.
