"Miss Ford?"
I glanced up from my book in the host club room to see a generic man in a suit standing before me.
I raised a perfect eyebrow at him and set my book down on the couch cushion next to me. "Yes?"
I was actually slightly grateful for his interruption.
Ever since I had returned to Japan from Jamaica two days ago, I would find myself feeling drowsy at some moments and almost falling asleep before Ritsu would join me in bed.
I was almost falling asleep when the man came and woke me up. I was the only one in the club room.
"Chairman Suoh would like to speak with you in his office." The generic man said, twiddling his thumbs a little nervously.
I raised an eyebrow once more, but stood with a sigh anyway.
"Very well. Would you perhaps escort me to the Chairman's office?"
The man nodded and led me out of music room 3 to the pink school's offices.
The man knocked on the door and a voice from within called us inside.
The generic man bowed and left the room as I was welcomed by a tall man with light brown hair sitting behind a large pine desk.
"Ah, Miss Ford." He said with a grin. I smiled back politely. "Chairman Suoh." I greeted with a nod, then sat in one of the chairs across from him.
I stared at the middle aged man for a moment. He looked familiar for some reason... And the name Suoh rung a bell as well.
"Forgive me if I am mistaken," I began, brushing my fingers thoughtfully against my lower lip as I stared at the man. "But a chairman is not usually present at a school."
Chairman Suoh's grin had died down to a casual smirk as he leaned forward against his desk.
"Oh, you are not mistaken, Miss Ford." He chuckled. "But I am here for the specific reason of you."
He looked up behind me as I heard the door begin to open.
I remained relaxed and staring ahead as Chairman Suoh stood with a smile on his face and moved around his desk to greet the newcomer.
"Yoshio." He grinned and out of the corner if my eye I could see him shaking hands with someone.
"Yuzuru." The other man greeted back.
First name basis. The two must be friendly.
"Ah, Miss Ford. I'd like you to meet Yoshio Ootori."
Now was the time for me to stand. Turning, I put on a charming smile and grabbed the man's hand before bowing respectfully.
"Mr Ootori, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm friendly with your son."
The specked man was tall with black hair like his son, as well as the same steel-grey eyes. His cheekbones were prominent and he sported both a mustache and a gotee.
Kyoya's father's face was emotionless as he stared back at me. "Yes, I have noticed. He's spent many hours researching you."
I raised an eyebrow and chuckled under my breath slightly. "Has he now? Well I don't exactly blame him. If he showed up suddenly in my life, I would research him as well."
"Hm. Yes." He muttered as Chairman Suoh sat back behind his desk and he himself sat on the edge.
I sat down myself and kept up my charming smile as I looked between the two men.
