I put down the chopsticks when im done. I look at taehyung.

"tae" i called him.

He turned towards me.

"So your nickname is tae huh?" I asked.

"Yeah my sister always calls me that" he said.

"you have a sister?!!" i asked him.

"Yeah i do. You should know her. Jennie Kim. But proper name is Kim Jennie." He told me.

"From the kpop idol group blackpink?!" I asked. Taehyung nodded.

"Omo! I should have known! Aish pabo hwang eunbi" i facepalmed.

"yah gwaenchana😂 only you and jimin knows" he said.

"so she's older than you by 3 years?" (Just imagine jennie is his older sister😂) i asked as i went to the sink to wash the bowls for him.

"Yeah, i really do miss her sometimes. The house feels lonely when its just me and my dad" tae said.

"your eomma?" I asked as i placed the bowl and chopsticks on the drying tray.

"She passed away when i was 9" he answered.

"Ohh..im sorry..i didnt mean to-" i got cut off when he slid his arms around my waist.

" lets stay in this position for a few minutes please." Taehyung said as he put his chin on my right shoulder.

I just smiled as my heart fluttered like crazy butterflies. Then i remembered about my mother.

"Tae, i forgot about my eomma.. what if she forgotten to take her medicine?" I said, panicked.

"your mum is sick? Is there anyone else at home?" He asked looking at me.

"She is diabetic. Its just me and eomma. Appa, passed away when i was 16. My halmeoni is at busan. I lost contact with my other relatives." I explained.

"I already called her just now to inform her that you're unwell and youre staying over in my house" tae said.

Taehyung gave me my phone and its fully charged.

"You charged it for me😂?" I asked.

"Uhuh yeap"he chuckled.

I dialled my mum's phone number.

She picked it up.

"Yeoboseyo? Eunbi?" She asked through the phone.

"eommaa, im fine now. Have you taken your medicine?" I asked.

"ne sweetie, ive taken it. Dont worry about me just rest well okay?" She said.

"Eomma, why are you awake in the middle of the night?" i asked.

"Ahh i was hungry so i woke up and make some simple snacks for myself" she answered.

"Arasso, i'll see you tomorrow eomma. Go and sleep okay?" I said.

"Okay sweetie you rest well too!" She answered and hung up after that.

I saw taehyung looking at me curiously.

"Yes what is it?" I asked him.

"Im surprise, that you can see things well without your spectacles hwang eunbi 😏. Do you actually wear spects?" He asked smirking.

"Fk. You found out. Yeah, you're right..i dont wear spects. But i really want to wear contacts. Its just that..i cant afford it.." i muttered.

"gwaenchana :)" taehyung said as he ruffled my hair.

"Now time for you to eat your medicine sinb" taehyung said and went to take the medication.

"Yah. Sinb? Let me guess, jimin told you 🤦🏻‍♀️" i asked.

He nodded and laughed alittle afterwards. I ate the medicine and went back to bed.

"I'll go sleep in the other room okay?" He said as he put the covers over me.

"ani taehyung-ah...can you sleep here with me...i feel lonely.." i muttered.

"Arasso, then i sleep beside you? Is that okay with you?" He asked me politely.

"ne.." i answered him and i slowly fall alseep as he laid down beside me.

next morning-

Taehyung woke me up.

"sinb-ya.." he tapped my arm.

"yeah?" I asked as i rubbed my eyes.

"im going to school first okay? ohh if you need extra uniforms, you can take jennie's. She dont need it anymore." He said.

"When you're ready, you can just leave the house. The security guard will send you home." He said.

"Arasso, gomawo taehyung :)" i said and he smiled at me. Then he left for school.

I got up and washed up. Then i just wore the same uniform went out of taehyung's house.

"Miss Eunbi-ssi?" a man asked.

"Ah ne?" I asked.

"Im the Kim family's driver. Taehyung-ssi ordered me to send you home" he said.

"ahhh..arasso" i answered him and he led me to a big car.

He then drove me home. We reached after maybe 20 minutes? I got out.

"Kamsahamida ahjussi!" I said and bowed 90 degrees to him.

"ah eunbi-ssi, heres your medication. Taehyung says to take it 2 times a day. One in the morning and one at night. Once you're better already, you dont have to take it again." The driver said.

"Ahh Kamsahamida:)" i said and he drove off.

Then i turned around to see my mother smiling at me. I ran towards her and hugged her tightly.

"Eommmaaaaaa bogo sipda! (I miss you)" i said.

"Aigoo my little princess..are you better now? Did taehyung treat you well? 😏" she asked, smirking.

"eomma!!!" I groaned.

"he seems worried about you dear😉" she said.

I pouted.

"Ara, ara. You feel better?" She asked.

I nodded. "eomma, i wanna go to school" i told her as we went in the house.

"ani, you can only go to school tomorrow. Your medical rest ends tomorrow so you can go to school tomorrow okay?" She said.

I nodded and went to my room.
