chapter 10

eunbi pov

it is now recess time.

"Yah taehyung. Its time to meet the other guys" i said.

"oh um you go ahead first. I have to meet someone" he says.

I was curious who that person is but i didnt want him to think that i like him so i just shrugged it off.

Bruh. I think i already know who he is gonna meet. *evil smirk* hoho

I went out of the classroom with yuju and eunha to avoid suspicion.

taehyung pov

Once the girls left i went to class 4-2 to meet that person. She says she knows sinb very well but now isnt close because of something that happened between them.

I reached the door of class 4-2 and theres nobody there except her. Kim Yewon, Umji.

"umji?" I asked.

"ne, taehyung?" She asked.

I nodded and she gestured me to sit on a chair in front of her table.

"So you wanna find out everything about eunbi?" She asked.

I nodded, "but i wanna find out whats going on between you two." I said.

She sighed and agreed to it.

"I was forced to date her boyfriend 2 years ago. It was the same year when her dad passed away. It was hard for her to accept it since she found out that i was dating her boyfriend on the day when her dad passed away. She got so upset that she broke friendship ties with me. But now, its getting okay. Whenever we passed by each other, we would smile to one another :) i hope to be close friends with her again.. she helped me alot with studies and she was the only person whom i shared my problems with. From then on, i didnt had anyone else. I broke up with her boyfriend last year because me and him couldn't take it anymore. So we broke up. Our parents were upset but they should care about our feelings too. Sooo yeah." she explained.

"so who is her boyfriend?" i asked.

"you sure you wanna know?" she asked.

I nodded and she said, "i hope eunbi doesnt kill me...please oh god...- YOU KNOW WHAT I CANT BETRAY EUNBI. 😭 she's too nice towards me"

I rolled my eyes and she immediately took out her phone and called someone.

"Eun-eunbi?" She stuttered.

I signaled her to put on loud speaker.

"Oh ne umji-ya? Why do you need my help in anything?" Sinb asked.

"i-i...can...i" umji stuttered.

"can i tell taehyung some parts of your past...he is dying to know!" Umji talked fast in her high pitch voice.

"uhhh..." sinb thought.

"its fine...me and him are good friends now. Umji...can you not put on loud speaker" sinb said.

"arasso- WAIT WHAT?" Umji shocked.

"Im outside your class eyeing you and taehyung" she said.

I frightened and turned towards the window and saw sinb there, luckily alone.

We end the call and she came in and join our conversation.

She sat down beside umji and look at me.

"So you wanna know who is my ex boyfriend?" Sinb asked.

"Yea who is he?" I asked.

"Jungkook." She answered.

My jaw dropped.

"WhAt?!!" I got shocked.

"Is-is that why he is very close to you?" I asked.

"maybe?" She said.

"I love him alot. I didnt even thought once of breaking up with him. I changed and wore the oversized uniforms ever since umji and him got forced to date each other. Umji-ya..i never once hated you. I missed you!" sinb said and hugged umji.

They then got close to each other again.

Thanks to me i know.

"Do- you still..love jungkook?" I asked.

"Ofcourse i love him. Isnt that why ive been going to his house to teach him and spend time with him?" She said.

"owh..wait wat. You went to his house to teach him?!" i felt sad.

"i give tuition lessons kim taehyung. Thats how i can survive in this school." She said.

"So whats the deal between you and umji? How did you get to know umji? " she asked.

"I met her just now early in the morning. She came to me and ask whether im taehyung. Then i asked her if she knew you. Then she said she knows everything about you that even yuju doesnt know. But eunha knows since you and eunha hang out with umji last time. You got closer to yuju when she start to be in the same class as you in year 3." I explained.

"See you later umji" she said and left.

"I think you better catch up on her" umji said.

I nodded and ran after sinb.

I grabbed her wrist and pulled her into an empty room.

"YAH!" She shouted.

"what?!!! Stop shouting at me." I said.

I immediately said, "i love you"

She chuckled.

"bruh. Those three words from your mouth isnt sincere." She said crossing her arms.

I was shocked.

"You're with tiffany. You think i dont know that?" She said sternly.

"wh-who told you?" I asked.

"Umji. She already asked me beforehand that you wanted to meet her to know all about me. I agreed to it and i asked what can i get in return if i agree. She said that you and tiffany are in a relationship." Sinb explained glaring at me.

"So what if im in a relationship?" I asked her increasing my voice.

"BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO SHOW YOUR GOOD SIDE MORE OFTEN!" She shouted.

"You both.. CAN YALL STOP FIGHTING?!" Some guy shouted.

It was jimin. (Imagine jimin mad)

"jimin....." she muttered.

"come here eunbi.." jungkook said and sinb ran towards jungkook and hugged him tightly.

"Are you feeling better?" He asked sinb.

"ne kookie" sinb replied.

Then jungkook gave her chocolate milk and she drank it happily.

"are you both together?" I asked.

"ani, but we spend more time together" jungkook answered.

He ruffled sinb's hair after that.
