7 days [Under Editing]

Chapter 8 : Open Mouth

I stood there in darkness and silence waiting for a sight of movement.

I darted my eyes everywhere. Alert as ever.

"Where are you Lindsey?!" I shouted.

I then heard a giggle somewhere around me.

I looked around but I couldn't see anything. And finally, the lights turned on. But I wasn't in the hospital anymore. I was in a room. There was a chair, a TV and a spy camera at the corner of the room.

I looked around and no doors, windows, or anything. Just those three objects, me, and the floor walls and celing were tiles.

"Lindsey?!" I shouted. I turned around and no one. I looked back at the chair and there she was, sitting down. She was smiling. A Black liquid dripping from her hair.

Her head tilted to the right and cracked in the process.

"I've missed you" she said. "Well... I havent" I said. "Now where am I? " I asked. "I missed when we walked back from school together" she said completely ignoring me. "Can we be friends again?" She said with the most creepiest smile.

"Noooo!!" I screamed and grabbed the TV. I threw it to her but it stopped right in front of her. "Wrong move!" She said with a very deep voice.

Suddenly, the lights went off again. I stood there, waiting for something to occur.

I then heard a screeching sound. I turned back and saw a TV. The TV turned on and a video played.

A girl, in a room. Second, a girl in front of a well. Third, her aunt drowning her in the well.

"I- I- I know this" I said and covered my mouth. "I- I- was there!" I said and I started to sob.

"That's right" the voice of Lindsey said. I looked around but there was nothing but darkness. "And what did you do? NOTHING!!" She screamed 'nothing' so teribble and loud that it made me shrink down and cover my ears and closed my eyes.

The screaming stopped and I slowly opened my eyes. I was in the hallway of the hospital!

I looked around confused and walked back into the room of Bailey's.

I walked in and was shocked to see Ally standing in the middle of the room and then there was nothing in the room except for her and me.

"Where were you?" Ally asked. "Ally? What? Where's Bailey?" I asked. "Bailey? Who's he?" She asked.

What's going on? I stepped back afraid of what was happening.

"Amber?" She asked. She then fell to the ground, unconscious. "Ally?!" I said and ran over to her.

I rested her head on my lap and tucked her hair behind her ear.

I shook her but she didn't wake up! "Ally!" I kept shouting and screaming and shaking her.

Suddenly, black liquid came out of her nose!

I let her go and ran to the door. I tried to open it but it wouldn't open! "Help! Help! Someone!" I kept on shouting as I pound on the door.

I looked back at Ally and she was gone! The other end of the room loomed with darkness.

I breathed heavily scared of what would happen next.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I screamed when suddenly Lindsey came from the darkness and jumped on me. She started ripping my skin off as I screamed.

I woke up and I was in my room in the church.

"What?" I said and noticed everyone ran towards me. "What happened?" I asked. "We found you unconscious in the hospital hallway" Ally said concerned. I looked out the window and the sun was starting to set... again?!

"What day is it?" I asked. "Well for you... now is your forth day. When the sunrises, it'll be your fifth" Fr. James said.

I turned to Ally and saw her crying. "You have to help me Amber, I have two more days to live!" She said and hugged me. I hugged her back and said "don't worry, I'll figure something out."

The others left my room and I sat there on my bed.

"What am I supposed to do?!" I said and flopped down onto my bed.

I started to cry and cried myself to sleep.

I woke up and stood up. I felt something wet on my feet.

I looked down and was horrified to what I saw, blood!

It was making a trail. I followed the trail into... Ally's room!

I barged into the room and saw Ally on her bed holding a bloody knife in her hand and her limbs badly cut.

"Ally!" I shouted. She faced me and her eyes were bloody red.

"A - Ally? " I said. "Lindsey, what did you do to her?!" I said. Ally's mouth opened and she said "She's gonna die tomorrow, what's the point?" Lindsey's voice said. "You- you possessed her?!" I shouted as tears ran down my cheek. "Well..." She said and opened her mouth really wide that it covered her whole face! I was scared of what I am seeing, I could see something horrible in her mouth. Something unhuman.
