Part 16

* Liz's P.O.V  *

'You're...you're what?"

I stuttered as Jack grinned down at me.

"I'm gonna come meet your family. Taylor doesn't live too far from you so I'll stay at his house and just come over to see you."

My smile grew 10 times wider with every breathe he took. I couldn't believe Jack didn't have to go.

He can stay with me for a little bit longer

I thought.

"Awwww really?"

Was all I could manage in the midst of my emotions.

"Anything for my new gorgeous and adorable girlfriend."

He responded, putting his hands on my waist and hoisting me up as he threw me over his shoulder.

"Come on Lizerd it's getting late."

About 30 Minutes later

We walked into the hotel room at around 12:40 and saw everyone crowding Matthew and Julia.  Julia was wrapped in a blanket and had her head resting on Matt's shoulder. They were asking a lot of questions.

"Everything okay?"

Jack asked, walking over to the group.

"Yeah Jules is just a bit shakey."

Matt assured him,  rubbing Julia's arm. Jack nodded and looked at all the guys.

"I'd stay up but me and Liz are crazy tired."

He told them.  I sat at the end of the bed and spoke softly.

"What happened?"

Ignoring Jack's gesture entirely. She was silent but shrugged.

"I just got mad and started running. And I got...lost."

I didn't believe that was the whole truth, but it was much too late and everyone was far too tired for an interrogation. So I nodded and walked into the other bedroom.

"Night guys, Night Jules."

The next morning

* Jack's P.O.V *

Liz was snuggled up against my  chest when my alarm began beeping. Despite how annoyed I was, I didn't want to move. Ever.  But after a few minutes and a series of grunts from Jackass, I shut it off and slowly moved Liz to a comfortable position before sitting up. Her eyelids fluttered open slowly and she smiled sleepily up at me.

"Mornin' jackrabbit"

I smiled down at her.

"Mornin baby"

Jack made a gagging noise across the room and threw a pair of shorts at me,  which I caught as I scoffed at him. Liz sat up and I pulled her close to me,  kissing her softly good morning as I stood up. She was nervous about Julia..we all were. Matt was up all night texting me. But we decided we'd all talk over breakfast, so I walked off to the shower to get ready for the day.
