*Y/n POV*I woke up to Jet barking at the window it was still dark so I tried to fall asleep again, yet Jet continued barking so I swung my legs over the side of my bed and got up rubbing my eyes. I looked at the time it was only 1:48am, I slowly crept to where Jet was barking and looked out the window I saw someone I'd never want to see again I screamed in my head. It was my biological father he stared at me, I ran to mom and dads room and woke up dad, tears now streaming down my face. He looked at me with sleepy eyes and once he realized I was crying he bolted up out of bed and held me calming me down. "Shhh it's ok hun don't cry, what's wrong?" He asked with sadness in his voice. "M-My r-real dad was staring at me through the window." I cried to him.  He looked at mom and woke her up almost immediately. "Babe go get the kids NOW no time to explain." She jolted out of the room and down the hall to the kids room and locked the door behind her. Dad let go of me and called the police then locked the door to the room we were in.

*Dad/Jason's POV*
Operator-O
Jason-J

O- 911 what your emergency
J- Hello help me, my adoptive daughters dad was put into jail sentenced for the rest of his life and I think he broke out.
O- alright your name and address
J- Jason Bravura and the address is (enter random address)
O- ok sir the police are on the way is your daughter ok and are you or any other people in the house ok?
J-Ye-

I get cut off by a shattering sound. I stay quiet and push Y/n into the closet me following shortly behind.

J-yes hurry please he broke in

O- ok sir they are down the street right now stay quiet.

I did as told and held Y/n in my arms. Sirens blared and a door was broken down a police officer went to the closet we were in. To my surprise he stood in front of us while Y/n biological father was trying to run towards the closet. Another got his arms and put him in cuffs. *gun shot* A girl about Jessica's height stood there in the way of a cop that was shot and laughed evilly. Another officer pushed her to the ground not hesitating to put her in cuffs too. They brought out both intruders and the one protecting the closet came over to us and opened the door to let us out. Y/ns dad and the girl glared at us the whole way out and she whimpered in my stomach (if that makes sense, she's shorter than Jason and Jess.)

Y: Thanks dad I love you guys so much and I couldn't have asked for better "parents"

Ja: Awee it's no problem sweetheart we love you too.

*Jess/Mom/Aphs POV*

I heard crying and woke up to Jason's hand shaking me abruptly.  "Babe go get the kids NOW no time to explain." I bolted to the kids room and locked the door and windows behind me. I held two of my babies in my hands and attempted to shush them back to sleep in my arms. Joseph was up and Julia was out by my side.

Jo: Mommy what's going on?

Je: hunny daddy and big sissy are in her room going through something don't worry about them just go back to sleep ok?

Jo: ok mommy nigh-night.

Je: night bud

Police sirens blared from the outside of our house as a police officer broke down the kids door and coming towards us.

Off: Hey it's ok the other officers are taking care of them

*gun shot*

I flipped out hyperventilating as the officer told me to calm down now holding a crying Julia as I held onto Joseph.

The others came in and my oldest ran to the kids hugging them tight while Jason ran to me hugging me and giving me a peck on the cheek. I wiped away Y/ns tears and held her as Jason held Joseph and Julia. The officers gave us our moment and then asked us a few questions. She then took Y/n into a different room and talked to her as another kept asking us questions about the absurd night we just had.

*Y/ns  POV*

I sat in my room telling the female officer about the night I just had i bursts into tears halfway through the story.

*after the night still Y/ns POV*

I lied in mom and dads bed with dad as mom slept in Julia and Joseph's room. I heard dad singing a soft lullaby to me. I cried softly and Dad held me tight, I fell asleep soon after.
