Warning: Waterfall contains graphic description of violence, blood, wounds, and gore; dark themes; graphic death. You have been warned.
Because I have no self-control, here's another warriors fan-fic. Aha oh boy okay. SO this one is a little rough. Um. Usually I have really nice introduction pages but I don't really know what to say. I was inspired to write this when I had this super scary revelation of how horrible war is. Like... everyone is dying around you and literally being murdered and you have to kill too or else you'll be killed. Idk. In the original draft called The Fall, there wasn't the whole elements thing at play but I decided I wanted elements after watched Naruto for some reason?
Basically it's elemental warrior cats meets WWII. It's going to be cool though.
The Clans are also larger Clans, not Spark series big, but they're pretty big. Most every cat knows who all of their clanmates are though. There's a slight difference in apprentice training though because I tend to do weird stuff with apprenticeship.
Warriors can be a mentor and or a trainer to apprentices. A mentor is assigned to every Apprentice at the apprentice's apprentice ceremony. They guide the apprentice and mentor them, they also set the apprentice up with trainers. They're kind of like a counselor that only counsels them specifically. They're mentors but not like in the warriors books. They specifically mentor the cat. Trainers will train the apprentice in skills like hunting and fighting. While any cat can be asked to train an apprentice by the apprentice's mentor, many of the prominently skilled warriors devote most of their time to training and therefore are known as Trainers. Mentors mentor one specific apprentice, and trainers train any apprentice sent their way.
This, however, differs for medicine cats, who all share the task of training and mentoring medicine cat apprentices. Typically one medicine cat will end up connecting best and doing most of the mentoring though.
SO feel free to insert cats.
Leave a name (names preferably describe the cat, i.e. the prefix describes their pelt and suffix their skills.)
clan (ShadowClan, ThunderClan, RiverClan, or WindClan.)
description (must be realistic. look it up if you're not sure. you can use breeds and special names for colors like black silver smoke or whatever for a concise description, so you could say white Maine coon and I'd be like "aight I got u bro.")
gender (check the allegiances to see what gender is in abundance for the clan so it's not super disproportionate lol),
age (don't be afraid of not being a 16 to 20-something warrior. 30-50 moon old warrior is still pretty young. Consider ivypool. She's like 80 moons or smthn and she's still in her prime),
element (must coincide with their clan's listed possibilities. If something is listed as a rare element for the clan and you load it onto your cat, I may change it just a warning. There can be multiple elements on one cat, but typically they go hand-in-hand and it's super rare. Example would be water & ice or fire & shadow. If you give two elements I can change it if I feel I need to. Non-elemental cats almost always have heightened physical abilities)
element power level (most cats will be anywhere from 20-75 in ability to control and put out power, but can be from .5-100 in power. However, .5-90 is all I'll accept, and only a few cats that are 80-90 in power)
rank (1 leader, 1 deputy, 3-5 medicine cats, 2 med apps, 30-40 warriors, 15-20 apprentices, 5-10 queens, 1-4 kits per queen, 10-20 elders per clan. These are large clans. Just an FYI. Even if every spot isn't filled, all of the Clans can be assumed this big. Also if you are a queen with kits, only give a brief description of each kit and maybe one personality trait.)
personality (please give an even amount of negative, positive, and neutral characteristics. I don't want a whole bunch of "shy, sweet, caring," I'll honestly scream. They don't all have to be characterless cats either, I just don't want the same Mary-sue spit out again and again at me.)
background (Don't feel the need to be super dramatic. I don't need 2000 words about them being abandoned. It's okay if they were born and raised in the clan. Don't feel pressured to have a super dark past. Because they're about to have a super dark future. This is a dark book.)
other (in case there's something else you want to say.)As a review that's name, clan, gender, age, description, element, element power, rank, personality, background, and other.
Feel free to PM me with any questions or comments concerning your character.
Possible Elements for a pure-blooded cat of each clan:
RiverClan: 75% of cats are water-element, 20% have no powers, 3% have fog, 2% are ice
ThunderClan: 25% of cats are earth, 25% are poison, 40% have no powers, 4% are wood, 5% are grass
ShadowClan: 55% of cats are fire-elements, 40% have no element, 4% are shadow, 1% are lightning
WindClan: 45% of cats are air-elements, 45% have no element, 8% are fog, 2% are grassTO BE HONEST ShadowClan will have the most appearances, closely followed by ThunderClan and then RiverClan. THUNDERCLAN ARE THE ANTAGONISTS. Don't let that stop you from throwing cats in there though lol. WindClan will barely pop up tbh. Also, I cannot assure every cat will be mentioned. I'll refer to the allegiances when I need to mention a cat, but I usually try to keep my casts smaller so they're more memorable instead of having 100 brief appearances. If for some reason I randomly decide "hey I should change the plot and get WindClan in on this" I will take cats who never got their time and throw them into WindClan.
I will tag the owner of every cat in their allegiance listing.
SIDE NOTE this isn't like my other fic Dictator, you don't have control of the story. Any character you enter may be slightly altered, like their background or motives or something if I really need to, I'll try not to.
SIDE SIDE NOTE There's a chance your character could be killed off, terribly wounded, have kits, become a traitor, etc. Since you sign them up, I'm assuming you're okay with that.
