Note: I don't know if this will turn out smutty or fluffy or what, I was just having a bad day today so I decided to write a fan fiction for my otp. I don't know if I'll continue it or not, but I'm just warning you that it may become explicit, not that I intend to write smut but it might end up that way. Anyway enjoy.
It had been 12 days. 12 days since Annie and I tore down the city, 12 days since Annie had been imprisoned in a stone, 12 days since they locked me up under the court again. I had been waiting there for 12 days to go to court, still no sign of me going any time soon. Each day Captain watched me in my cell. His expressionless face watching me for 12 days, it made me feel uneasy at first, but in some way it also made me feel safe. Although the fact that I could become a titan to defend myself if there were any real danger, him being there made me feel like life was a bit more normal than it was. Like there was someone watching over me, making sure I was ok, like mom used to. Like I still lived with mom, dad and mikasa in our house that was still standing above our basement. What was in that basement? For 12 days I spent my time in my cell sleeping, thinking, and answering Captain's questions. On the twelth day, it was particularly hot, so even I was ordered to wear only pants to avoid heat stroke, or something.
"Why do you stay here? Why not go out? I know you leave to eat and sleep, but don't you have other work to do?" I asked on the 12th day, my voice was deeper than I remembered it to be.
"I have no other work. The rest of my squad were killed by the female titan. You and your friends who have only recently joined are all that's left." Although I had known that, that fact hit me hard. They all died for nothing. Annie Leonhardt killed them for nothing. The mission failed, so many soldiers died, including the most important ones who had been fighting with me in Levi's squad... and it was all my fault.
"It's all my fault.." I whispered as I put my face in my hands. The cold metal handcuffs around my wrists rubbing against my face. It was all my fault, they all died for nothing, all of them, pointless deaths. That's what Captain hated the most. Pointless deaths, pointlessly losing someone close to you, or someone with skills, the group of the most skilled titan slayers, had all been killed. Because of me. "Captain I'm so sorry..."
"Sorry won't help you in the court. I regret saying this, but you're most likely to go to the military police or be dissected. I'll try my hardest to keep custody of you, but that's the most I can do. If I have to, I will have to do what's nessessary, that being hurting you, or talking badly of you. What ever I do will be in order to keep you here, in the Survey Corps, so as hard as it may get, you must bare with it until the court is over, agreed?"
"Agreed" I nodded in my hands.
"Luckily we still have Hanji. If we redeem custody of you, she may do some experiments on you whilst in your titan form. But firstly you have to learn to control yourself , ok?" He said as I lay back, putting down my arms as I stared up at the miserable depressing grey ceiling that I had spent 12 days under.
"I'm sure I can. But the only problem is turning into a titan, I need to have a goal other than to turn into one." Just then, we heard footsteps in the halls. They came closer, captain Captain looked towards them as I sat there, waiting to see who it is. Then suddenly, Hanji appeared.
"Hello, Captain and Jaeger!" She said in her usual cheerful mood, despite the fact that only 12 days ago she lost all her friends. "We have been told that you're going to court in 2 days, the wait is caused by the time it's taking to re-build the city. But anyway, I want to take you out so I can perform a few experiments on you." She stared at me with eager eyes. I looked to Captain for answers.
"Let me talk to Jaeger in private for a second. We'll be out in 10 minutes." He told her.
"Yes, captain. 10 minutes, see you then!" She ran out.
I looked to Captain who was by the cell gate, wiggling a key into the padlock. Chains fell off of the gate, making a loud clattering sound. He walked through the open door and over to me, taking my right arm. He unlocked the hand cuff and slid my wrist out of it. My had felt so free! I was so caught up with the amazing feeling of freedom for my right hand that I didn't realise he'd soon after unlocked the left. I only realised when he inter-twined his hand with mine. I immediatly looked over to my left as I saw him firmly holding onto my hand as I lay still in bed.
"C-Captain, is there something wrong with my hand?" I asked, wondering if he was examining a cut or bruise.
"Eren.." He said to my surprise quite softly. He just said my first name!
"Captain, what's wrong? You've never said my first name before."
"Eren..." His expressionless eyes switched to a deep, effectionate gaze. Did.. he feel the same way? Ever since I first saw him come through the gates from outside the walls with the survey corps, I'd looked up to him, but recently, I'd felt something more. Did he feel the same way?
"Captain, why are you saying my first name?"
"Eren, say my name." He whispered into my ear as he climbed onto my bed next to me.
"C-Captain.." I started sweating nervously.
"No." He said stubbornly. "Say my name, Eren." He moved over to sit on my crotch. Doing this made me gulp loudly as sweat dripped down my neck.
"Le-Levi..." I said, half expecting him to beat me for calling him by his first name. Suddenly, my dry cracked lips met his as he pushed against me. I could taste his kiss, it was salty with a hint of what we had for breakfast.
As soon as the realisation to what was happening hit me, I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him back. My whole world spun around me as he replaced everything in it that wasn't already him. As I got more and more used to the idea that he was kissing me, I had the urge to kiss harder.
Soon I broke free, flipped him over and leant over him. He breathed heavily under me, gasping for what air he could get in the little jail cell. I pulled the bed sheets over my head and collapsed ontop of him, wrapping my legs into his, kissing him harder. He pulled me in close under the bed sheet, kissing me roughly, trailing down to my neck.
"Levi..." I moaned as he kissed my chest, making his way to my pants. As soon as I realised where he was going, I quickly grabbed my crotch. "Levi, please not yet." I looked down to him with a worried expression. He rolled his eyes and sighed, and then grabbed my neck, pulling himself up to kiss me again.
"Promise me you won't leave." He spoke between kisses.
"Promise." I whispered.
Pretty soon we both grew tired and I feel asleep on his bare chest with his arms wrapped around me. For the first time for a long time, I was happy.
I didn't sleep for long, because we both soon awoke to Hanji squealing with joy outside of the jail cell.
I found myself sitting up in bed, still partically cuddling into Levi who was also looking towards Hanji. His face once again expressionless.
"Oh my god, you two... are you..? EEEEEEEEKK Oh my god wait until everyone hears about this!" She began to run out when Levi pulled me up and ran after her, dragging me with him by holding my hand. As I caught up with his pace, we soon stopped her.
Levi stared straight down to her, I immediatley saw her shrink, intimidated.
"You will not tell anyone, that's an order."
She nodded, eyes full of fear. I felt bad for her.
"Levi.." I reached out my hand to try and calm him down. As soon as I said his name, Hanji grinned at me.
"Alright, I won't tell anyone. I shall let Captain and Jaeger proceed their bedroom duties. I'll be back in about an hour to get Jaeger to experiment." She ran out as Levi and I watched her. As soon as the door closed, He grabbed my hand and dragged me back to the cell.
