Lucy stood in the middle of a battle Field crumpled body's of both sides litter the ground she sighed sadly as the few remaining knights walked around checking for survivors , Lucy fell to her knees and looked up to the sky as it began pouring.

" I need you , now Laxus ". She whispered
" please come back ". She shook while tears poured down her eyes but where masked from the rain that poured from above , she clenched her fist and stood up filling with rage " PLEASE ". She yelled it echoed across the battle field the survivors looked at her with pity as they knew the man she loved was gone and left a promised that he didn't keep.

She fell over and covered her face as she began to cry silently Lucy yelled and yelled just out of frustration
The stopped lying on the ground holding her own body as she did nothing.
" General Lucy , it's time to go its only us ". A voice whispered she stood up slowly and saw two figures Levy and Gajeel she let out a shaky breath and looked around seeing only five remained , she nodded and walked back to the ruined city.

Lucy walked over to where time square once was still seeing shattered glass of the neon signs she sat on a stable sheet of concrete and cried into her hands levy and Gajeel watched sadly.
" Lucy he will come back ". Levy said while walking towards Lucy " NO HE WONT I HATE HIM ". She yelled another friend of there's appeared a small child in all black and many bullet proof vest on so her life may last longer then this horror
" Lucy, for now you will have to be strong because there's talk of another missile attack coming to stop grey ". Wendy said quickly

" come on we have to go to the bunker ". Gajeel said while looking to the sky we all walked to him and began making our way to the bunker to the small sector of safety we had left buried deep in the ground . I whipped my tears and looked up until a figure was seen in the distance his gold staff and horned helmet on his head that hid his raven locks but not the mischievous smirk that was plastered on his face she shivered knowing who it was the one who ripped Laxus away from her the one who started This dreadful war , The one she swore to defeat, Gray.
She moved In front of her friends and walked towards the figure " Why are you here ". She yelled sounding braver then she actually was he smiled " a mortal who actually isn't terrified of me ". He turned and smiled Lucy grit teeth and ignited her fist with fire getting into fight stance
