Why did Dad have to kidnap the most annoying Brit ever?
I used to think Brits were soft spoken quiet people.
My view just changed.
Melliana rambles on about how Hunger Games is better than Divergent.
I agree, but if I speak up, she'll never ever shut up.
Mom and Dad sit in front, not hearing a word of her ramble.
They put up a super high tec sound barrier that even vampires can't hear through.
I am squished between annoying Melliana and pained Jake.
Despite Carlisle's logic, my pleads, and Jake's opinion, we are still searching for Percy Jackson.
We turn down his street.
As we roll up to his house, I gasp in sync with Melliana and Jacob.
Water rushes out of the Jackson house.
Paul, Sally, and Lili are in the front yard, frowns playing on their lips.
Dad stops and we all get out.
"Has Percy come home?" Dad asks quietly behind Sally Jackson.
Sally would of fallen over in Dad wouldn't of caught her.
She flinches from his touch. It's his ice cold skin I'm guessing.
"Uhh yes." she stammers.
"Mhm, I see." Dad is obviously getting the truth from their thoughts.
Dad comes back to us and whispers so only we hear. "Percy flooded the home because his girlfriend Annabeth dumped him."
My 119 year old father just said 'dumped'.
I'll die of shock if he says 'lit' or trendy'.
Dad shoots me a look that makes me laugh.

I listen to Percy Jackson.
"Annabeth why? I was loyal and I loved you!" he cries.
"That's your fatal flaw, Percy, you're too loyal. I moved on and you should too." a girls voice says, most likely Annabeth, snaps.
No more voices, only Percy's sobs.
"I fell into Tartarus for you." he whispers.
No response.
Running feet.
The front door opens.
Percy stiffens as he sees us.
His jaw clenches, his eyes harden.
This boy is scary even when he isn't trying to be.
His eyes are blotchy and red.
"You want to kidnap me again? Drown me? Σ 'μισώ βαμπίρ!" he yells.
Percy comes at me, his weapon raised,.
He slices my arm clean off.
"If that makes you feel better." I sigh.
The Jackson's look startled.
Percy waves them inside. They obey.
Then in Greek he says to me "Cullen, I will kill you."
He runs down the street and I don't even try and stop Nessie from following.
