I exhale.

Hey, Dad, if you're not too busy, help me. Can I come to the crib for a while?

I throw rocks into the water.

They come right back.

"Percy... " I hear heaving breathing.

I turn around and Nessie Cullen is looking at me, sweating buckets.

"You're so fast." she pants.

"I am not. Maybe you're just slow." I glare.

"Percy, please. My family is just trying to protect you." Nessie takes my hand in hers.

I stare into her chocolate brown eyes and find hope.

She slowly brings her hand to my face, either to cradle me or slap me.

Images flood my head.

"We must save him. He is in fatal danger."

"We will save the boy."

"He is more powerful than all of us."

I gasp but don't pull away. There's been weirder things.

Nessie smiles sadly and pushes my hair out of my eyes.

"See Percy, they are trying to help you. I am trying to help you."

"What about when they almost attacked me?"

"That was not the original idea. Mom was umm, a little thirsty at the moment." Nessie searches my face, taking in every inch.

"You are not a vampire?" I frown.

Nessie traces my frowning lips with her finger. "Half vampire, half human, like you being half god, half human."

"I had a feeling you knew." I smile slightly.

"Normal humans can't hurt vampires, blow up plumbing, and be that sassy." she giggles a little.

"Persassy all the way, girl." I snap my fingers and laugh.

"Please come back. The Volturi want to change you. Into a vampire." Nessie pleads quietly.

"I'm okay being a half-blood." I say as a answer and walk into the water.

Strength seeps through my veins.

I close my eyes and think for a moment.

Dad, what should I do?

In response a wave pushes me to shore.

"I'm coming, Renesmee." I smile at the beautiful girl.

"Renesmee?" Ness gives me a look.

"I thought I would try it. No?"

"Only like at special events."

I grab her hand and let her lead me away from La Push.

I let this half-immortal girl lead me straight to my house.

"Percy!" Edward calls in relief.

"Nessie." whimpers Jacob staring at our conjoined hands.

"I am sorry, Ed. I was upset, man, so like uhh thanks for protecting me and stuff." I shift my weight, a little uncomfortable.

"You took everything a little quickly so I do not blame you, son of the sea."

I roll my eyes.

"Aquaman!" Bella calls out, then cover her mouth with her hand.

Must of been the death glare I gave her.

"Water boy!" giggles Nessie.

"WaWa!" yells my fellow kidnapee Melliana.

She gets looks.

"No? Oh okay."

Mom and Paul run from the house and throw their arms around me.

I embrace them.

"Edward, good to see all your limbs in place." Paul smiles awkwardly at the vamp.

"Thank you for your concern, Mr. Blofis." Edward says politely.

Things click in my head and that doesn't happen a lot.

"Hold up, Edward how old are you?" I ask quietly.

"119 or I like to say 17." the Grandpa responds.

"Bella?"

"9 or 18." the Child smiles.

"Nessie?"

"9 or 17." the Child 2 smirks.

"Jacob?"

"I'm like 25." the ManChild shrugs.

"Melliana?"

"I'm 16." the Only Really Normal Person Here grins.

"Nessie, you are freaking as old as your parents, physically." I say disgusted.

Mom's mouth has dropped open and Paul's eyes are bulging out of his head.

I smirk."Ahh the normalcy of the world, am i right?"
