The Memory

The Memory-Chapter 13 part 2

As Jenna came on stage he said "Are you ready?" she was confused and said "For what?" Liam quickly said "This" and ran away. There was a spotlight on the whole dance floor and then Liam, Zayn, Niall, and Harry came with other guys she didn't know and stood in front of her. Then they pulled their shirts off and each of their stomachs had a letter written on them. when she read it left to right it said "go out with me?" and the boys separated as Louis came out with roses behind her. He tapped her shoulder and she finally realized it was him who asked her out. he whispered to her "Will you? please?" She smiled at him and hugged him. "Yes" she whispered in his ear. He lifted her up and they both kissed. He took her back to the tables as they sat down. Niall came to the stage and told everyone to enjoy the party. 

Everyone started dancing and talking just like a normal party. Once Niall got off the stage he saw a girl come through the doors in a beautiful red dress. It was Alex. He went up to her and said "Hey, Thank you for coming." she smiled at him and said "No thank you for inviting me." He told her that it was no big deal. They both walked over to get some punch and Kailey was there. "Hey babe" Niall said to Kailey as he put his arm around her waist. "This is Alex" he said to her. "Hello Alex" she said to him. "Hello" Alex replied back. "She's been one of my best friends for a long time. I invited her so we can catch up and so she can meet you!" said Niall. "Oh well it was really nice to meet you! And why don't you two catch up while i go by some friends?" Kailey said as she walked away. 

"So how have you been doing?" Niall asked Alex. "Ive been good, how about you?" she replied. "Ive been okay." he said back. there was a silence as they both drank their drinks. Niall just couldn't hold it in anymore and he blurted it out, "Why couldn't you tell me earlier? You tell me when I'm in a relationship? We could have had something." He said to her. "I didn't tell you because i was afraid you would feel the same way." she said back quietly. "You should have known i would have been friends with you if i didn't like you back, but you know what? i did." he said to her. "I don't know. i was stupid." she said to him. "You weren't stupid, its okay now." he said back to her. "But i do want to have one dance with you tonight." he said right after. "What? What about your girlfriend?" she asked. "She wont mind." he said to her. He offered her his hand and she took it. He walked her to the dance floor and since it was a slow song, they started slow dancing. One of Kailey's friends pointed to them as they danced and as she turned around and glimpsed at them for a second, a tear fell out of her eye, and ran down her cheek.
