The Memory- Chapter 14

She turned back to her friends and said "I knew this was going to happen one day, i knew i would never be good enough." She walked away crying before anyone of her friends could say anything. As she walked through the doors Niall saw her and he ran after her leaving Alex on the dance floor. He cought up with her. "Whats wrong? What happened?" niall said to her. "Nothing." she said back. "If its nothing, you wouldnt be crying." he said as he pulled her hand, and pulling her toward him. "I think we need a break, I need some time to think." she said to him without looking him in the eye. "Is this about me and Alex dancing? I only danced with her because i knew she liked me. There's nothing between us! Please dont leave me. I love you. and only you." he said to her. "Well it didnt seem like you were just doing it because she liked you." she said. Niall became angry. "Are you trying to say that i danced with her because i like her?" he asked. "Well it didnt seem like you were dancing with her just to make her happy." she said to him. "Do you not trust me?" he said. "No its not that its just...." she said as niall interrupted and said "You know what? maybe we do need a break." and he walked off back to the house and Kailey just stood there, she became angry and she walked back into the party to find Alex. It didnt take long to find her because she was sitting at a table all alone, by herself. Kailey didnt feel sorry for her at all until she rushed uo to her and saw tears in her eyes. She took a deep breath, she felt so angry inside but she felt bad for her. Kailey went up to her and Alex turned around, and she wiped her tears and said "Im soo sorry, i didnt mean to.." she didnt even finish speaking and Kailey stepped in and said "Its okay. I bet he likes you better than me anyways." she said to her. "Are you kidding me? that whole time we were dancing, he couldnt stop talking about you, He loves you to death. Dont think otherwise because loosing him would be like the sun dying out. I wish i could be in your position any day, but he loves you, and hes crazy about you." Alex said. "He was really talking about me the whole time?" Kailey asked. "Yes" she said. "oh my god, i cant believe what i just did, i ruined it." Kailey said. "If he loves you, then he will accept your mistake and take you back." Alex said. "You are amazing, you truly do love him don't you?" Kailey said. "Yes since i was in elementary school, but hes yours, and i wouldnt take him away from you even if he let me." Alex said. "You honestly do deserve him, but Thank you." she said to alex. "Yah well you should go fix everything! Good Luck!" she said with a smile. "Yah maybe i should, and Thank you again. Bye" kailey said as she ran off. Kailey ran through the streets back to the house without taking a cab or having someone drive her, she was going as fast as she could and when she finally got to the house she looked all around and saw Niall laying on the couch starring up at the ceiling. "What do you want" he said as he stood up to see who was at the door and saw that it was Kailey. "Im sorry." she said to him standing at the door. "It okay." he said to her. "So you accept my apology?" she asked him. "Yes." he said. She ran to him and gave him a hug and she wrapped her arms around him but she didnt feel his arms around her, and she pulled back and said "Whats wrong.?" Niall was paused for a moment and then he spoke up and said "I forgive you, but that doesnt mean were still together." "What do you mean?" she said to him. "I threw this whole party for you, and you tell me that you think im in love with that girl? How could  you even possibly think that. I forgive you, but i cant be with someone who doesnt trust me." Niall said to her, and he stood up and started walking away. "I do trust you!" Kailey yelled and the door slammed shut.
