Ruby POV

"Ugh I prefer living on my on in the wilderness then living with these dorks"
"Ruby!"Peridot yelled luckily Carnelians parents didn't hear what I said.

"To be honest she's right but at the same time they did say they just adopted us cause what we been through and Carnelian decided it would be nice to share a couple of are personal secrets with her family."Jade says giving a death glare to a nervous Carnelian.

"So I know you three stay in a dorms at the school so we decided that since you three are pretty grown that you'll provide for yourself. See that what are little Car-Car told us you three just couldn't stay in the foster care system or adoption center"
Mrs.Mantle said

"Mom don't call me that you know it's embarrassing to me"
Carnelian says blushing in embarrassment.

------time to skip to cafe----------
Jades POV
"I'll just have a black coffee and that'll be all " i say giving the money to the guy running the register as he gave me the coffee and my change

"Thank you" I say walking over to the others but I felt a weird presence

Suddenly the news came on and what was on it was absolutely horrific.

"Breaking News:Just then a highly dangerous criminal has escaped with only one piece of Evidence a note that says
"The world will see what I'm capable of watch out Jade stone,Ruby Rock , and Peridot Core I'm coming to end your lives for good this time"

Suddenly the tv was shut off I noticed the electricity had pulsed off of me knocking the power out of the tv

I stood up and walked out of the cafe two people were following me Ruby and Peridot the three of us heard the sound of sirens
Was heard

"Are you three Jade Stone,Ruby Rock,and Peridot Core "

"Yes"the three of us say calmly as the three of us got in the car.

"Sigh"I said as every memory from the car crash and every thing just hit me like a ton of bricks

"Sigh when did thing become this way"i whisper dosing off my head on the window........

I'm so sorry school has been so ruff lately that I hadn't have the time to work on the story so don't worry it still may be late updates but they'll be short for the last couple chapters then I'll start on the Squeal then guess what I'm thinking about doing a Prequel after that. But again I'm sorry this was short.
