"So hi my name is Pearl..Pearl Quartz"I say to the new kid she looks all burnt she must have just figured out she had powers "I'm Jade..Jade Stone nice to meet you "Jade said "so you must have fire and electricity"I state"and ice as well"she says to me"cool any other powers I should know about so I won't be surprised"I say with a bit of sarcasm in my voice to lighten the tension since I want her to focus on are conversation then the fact that kids were pointing,snickering,laughing,and whispering about her.
"Um not that I know if I get it from my dad and we'll he had powers of the powers I have then he had wind,and earth so I don't have promises about that"she says having a nervous smile rubbing the back of her head

"Ok then let's see we'll look art there your bunking with me and Carnelian cool"I say with a smile

"Cool I'll be bunking with someone I know and can probably trust at least"she says looking down with a frown then I saw the back of her neck it was burnt
"Hey when we get there I can get a first aid kit for your neck it looks kinda burnt up"I say she takes the hood of her jacket and covers it with a face of denial

"Well come on I can introduce you to my friends as well "I say with a smile she still has a unsure look on her face but once she makes some friends she'll be all good.

We get to the court yard seems to have noticed what kids were laughing about she took her jacket off revealing a flannel wonder why she wears that and a jacket.?.I suddenly jump out of thought when I see my friends
"Hey P over here"Amethyst yelled across the court yard I had a slight flush come across my face when some kids turned and looked at me since I had a confused kid following me she kept looking right to left as if she was paranoid

"Hey Amy hey guys"I say then they look at me weird then I realised why

"Oh! This is Jade Stone everybody she's new here. but don't startle her she doesn't really know how to control her powers."I whisper the last sentence to them

"Hey!"they all say in unison

"H-hi"Jade says

"Well ok Jade these are my friends this is Garnet"I say

"Hey dudes look over here there's a new kid and she looks a bit burnt let's go help her with that hahaha"I say to my squad they all nod and laughed along we walk over then we noticed that Garnet was close to her so we're ether gonna have to lure the new kid away from them or we're gonna have to take out Garnet first before her
"Ok Cobalt I want you and Basalt to go take outGarnet so I can give the new kid a welcome from us the homeworlds"I say then but then I hear one of my group talking I roll my eyes due to know who it was Carnelian the one who try's to prevent me from beating someone up.
"Jasper if you just rethink on what your doing you don't know what powers this new kid has "she says to me

"You better quit questioning my authority or your gonna end up like this kid to"

"Sigh fine "she walked back to were she was standing with a frown. I smirked as I saw those to get Garnet and the rest of them flinch as Cobalt had his knife to her throat but he had marks on his face from her attacking as well

Jades P.O.V
"What the heck is going on"I say being alarmed as Garnet was brought down with a knife to her throat by some other kid then I felt a chill run down my spine as I hear a grunt from someone behind me.

I turn around looking at the kid

And all I heard was

"Hi I'm your worst nightmare so lest get started just let me give you a welcoming gift from my squad to this school"
