The first time I saw you

Chapter 2: Yo

I have a long time crush for one of my senior. His name is Phana Kontanin, P'Pha for short. For the years, I've taken all the opportunity I can get in order to see him and observe his every move. Be it an inter-level competition, school event or even his weekly basketball match with friends.

Today is one of those days. I'm on my way to the gym to watch him play basketball when I saw that there is a fight taking place. Upon closer look, I saw my P' is among those people defending themselves. I can see that there is already a bruise forming on his face. I wanted to join that fight and defend my P'Pha. However, before I can come closer, the security and faculty members arrived and took all the students involved to the principles office. I hope P' will be ok.

As I was waiting for any news about my P', I passed by a hallway and saw a kitten crying. It was so small and I think its mother was missing. Instinctively, I wanted to help the kitten. I know that, if I left it alone to fend for itself, it might not survive. However, we already have dogs at home. If I take it with me, there might be a fight between the kitten and my dogs. I was so confused. I think I might have started talking to myself after a while and was making faces to catch the cat's attention. Finally, I have decided to risk it and just take the kitten with me.

I was about to stand up when I saw a shadow in my peripheral vision. I lifted my head and saw my P'Pha staring at me. He has a small smile at the corner of his mouth and I think that his eyes are focused on my face. Oh My Gosh! I feel like melting with that stare! It was so intense that I started to blush. Is he making fun of me? Or is there something else with that stare? That time I saw him staring at me, I wanted to confess my love for him.
