To summon her you must only do this at a full moon, Monday or a Saturday. It must be night
What you'll need :
¤Night Time
¤Syringe
¤Full moon
¤Haunted Hospital
¤Bed/Surgery table
Step 1:
Wait until it's a full moon and make sure it's night. Then head toward a haunted hospital
Step 2:
It doesn't matter if it's abandoned or not. Go to a nearby room and grab the syringe that is in their, if there is none in the room you've chosen find one or bring one.
Step 3:
Lay down on the bed/Surgery table, with the syringe hold close to your heart
Step 4:
Close your eyes and chant:
"Nurse Ann, Nurse Ann,
I'm not feeling well.
Nurse Ann, Nurse Ann,
It's time for me to say my farewell."
Step 5:
Open your eyes.
You should be able to feel her presence or see her. If not do the spell again, and yes she will kill you after you are done saying your last words.
