What Happened at the lake.. was
something I regret.. but I'll always remember, 🍋

I after leaving the his little "pad" whatever it is..

I had to walk away.. because the tension was too high. We both had mixed feelings & that only made it worst.

I walked on the board walk admiring the view of lake. And slightly cloudy blue sky.

I wanted to stick my feet in water as childish as that sounds.. I wanted to.

I took off my boots & socks and dipped my toes in cold water.

It was really cold so I laughed a little bit from the shock.

Then put both of feet in the water. Relaxing looking at view trying to clear my head.

Then Benny texted me about hanging out. I didn't mind to be honest if he brought the others plus it would be fun. Like old days

Then I put my phone back in pocket then started cloud watching

I was doing that for while. Then I heard food steps​.. boots and the only other person with leather boots here is Victor..

I turn around and just as I thought it was him. Walking down the boardwalk towards me rubbing the back of neck. With cute awkward smile

Then I thought about when we kissed.

That was playing over and over in my head... I turned around putting my hands on head.

Saying go away in my head..

I probably looked crazy

But I got myself somewhat together

Victor sat next to me. But not super close. There was distance but he looked at me trying figure out what to say.

Victor: I'm sorry about.. what happened there. I just-

Jamie: it's whatever.. don't make it awkward let's just act like it never happened..

But to me it wasn't "whatever" I was lying through my teeth..

It was silent for a bit. But I changed the subject to something goofy. It was something stupid. But he thought it was funny

Trying break the ice..

We talked for bit and nothing happened for while

Until he brought up subject I didn't agree on.. so I rolled my eyes & decided hey why not shove him in the lake.

So I did.

But that didn't really go to plan since he in the nick of time. Pulled me with him

I really felt how cold that water was. So gasped in shock. And he laughed at the face I made.

So while he was laughing I splashed water in his mouth

he started coughing and I started laughing so.. much

Then he splashed water on me I couldn't stop laughing from before so basically it turned into splash battle which I was totally winning by the way

I splashed the water all over his face. & It covered his hair
