Ever since Theo has been in Beacon Hills, everything seemed as though it was falling apart. Everything he touched broke. Everything he looked at broke. No one saw the good in him after what he did, killing Tracy and Josh, trying to get Liam to kill Scott, than actually killing Scott. But everyone changes, right? Why can't he?

"He can change."

"People like that don't change."

"What if you just don't see it?"

"Then I don't see it. He's a bad guy, Liam." Scott said as he looked down at his Beta trying to convince him that Theo can change and that he isn't as bad as everyone thinks he is. "Do try and remember that he killed me after-"

"Trying to get me to kill you so he could kill me and take the Alpha status, I know. We're going on the twelfth time you've told me that." Liam said as he looked down at his feet. "In counting."

Scott nodded his head, "Prove it to me then. Prove that he can be a better guy and I'll think about trusting him."

That was all Liam needed. He left and immediately called Theo. But there was no answer, "Damn it." He called again, "Come on."

"What do you want, Liam?" Theo said on the other line, "I'm driving."

"Where?"

"Out of Beacon Hills."

Liam's eyes widened, and he shook his head, "No, wait, no, come pick me up, I need your help." He tried to think of an excuse to get him to stay, "Please."

"Are you begging, Dumbbar?" Theo asked with a small chuckle, "What do you need help with?"

Liam rolled his eyes, regretting trying to help him, "I-" He huffed, not being able to come up with something, "My anger. I need help controlling it. I don't want to accidentally hurt someone because of it." It wasn't a lie. He really did need help managing it.

A sigh could be heard on Liam's phone, "Fine. But if you can't control it then I can't help you."

Liam nodded his head, "Yes. Totally. Now come pick me up at the school."

"Why are you at the school?" Theo asked as he turned his truck around and started driving towards the school.

Liam chuckled, "I'm still a Junior in high school. I go to school." He grabbed his bag from his locker and headed outside, "I'm o-"

Theo pulled up in front of Liam, honking, making him jump slightly, "Get in." He said as he opened the door.

Liam looked at his phone then at Theo, hanging up, "Right." He got in and put his bag in the back before buckling up. "How were you so close?"

Theo shrugged, "I was in the area already." He opened the window slightly, "So, do you want to go to your place or..." Theo raised his brows as he spoke, looking at Liam before starting to drive.

"Actually I want to go to the preserve." Liam said as his phone went off. He looked down at his phone and glanced at Theo.

"Who was that?" Theo asked as he looked at Liam before averting his eyes to the road.

Liam cleared his throat, "Lydia." His heart skipped a beat, and Theo rolled his eyes.

"If you want me to help you have to tell the truth." Theo said as he pulled up to the preserve entrance, stopping before they made it in. "Who was it?"
